I needed help repairing my front porch light; it exploded unexpectedly. My house was for sale and I needed the light repaired quickly. I found reviews of several companies. Harmony Electric had the highest of all. I was nervous about picking a random company, but the lady I spoke to initially reassured me. I was able to get an appointment on the day I called - a lucky fluke. The gentleman took the light down, replaced the entire light with my replacement. From the start to the finish the process was quick and the electrician did a great job. I am so glad I went with Harmony and I recommend the company for your electrical needs.

Tyrell was great, did above and beyond and swooped in and helped me in a time of need, ensured everything was fixed and completed just as promised. Would recommend to others to use. First when others could not come when my house was having power fluctuations, Tyrell came out after 7 and did not charge after hours rates and made time because of how serious it ended up being. If it was not for him could have caused a disaster for my house.

We needed someone to fix our switch that stopped working. We had tried on our own and could not figure out the problem. I called Brotherly Love to come out and they came that exact same day! Their fee to diagnose the problem was reasonable and they were able to fix it quickly while they were here at no extra charge. Very kind and professional. It’s hard finding good electricians and these guys were fantastic. They were also able to quote us on installing new lights in our ceiling (very reasonable). Will definitely use them again!

It was a two-day project which involved replacing two electrical panels, adding whole house surge protectors, replacing burnt-out gfci outlets, and rewiring wires that were not to code. They respected our home, ensuring they wore shoe covers when entering my home. Furthermore, they listened to my concerns throughout the process and took the time to address them rather than being dismissive, unlike other companies I have worked with in the past. Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.
