They repaired my ceiling fan. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the service they provided. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a good electrician.

John, my electrician was really great. He explained things well, and was both competent and courteous. But I will not be using Mr. Sparky again, because their cost structure is crazy. They don't charge by the hour, but a flat fee for the job - so if I had done all the work I called them out for, my cost would have been over $300 an hour.

We needed someone to fix our switch that stopped working. We had tried on our own and could not figure out the problem. I called Brotherly Love to come out and they came that exact same day! Their fee to diagnose the problem was reasonable and they were able to fix it quickly while they were here at no extra charge. Very kind and professional. It’s hard finding good electricians and these guys were fantastic. They were also able to quote us on installing new lights in our ceiling (very reasonable). Will definitely use them again!

I called Excel Electricians Houston to help install a new bathroom light. The old fluorescent light was installed on the ceiling and the wires were coming from the side, so for the new light we needed a new wall box above the mirror. The electrician was very friendly and the job was done quickly and very well from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the price he gave and with the quality of the work.

Mr Electric were there when I needed their help late one night. The lady answering the phone was professional and knowledgeable. It was not an emergency so I elected to have them come out the next day. Marcus was the electrician and he was the consummate professional- knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Marcus gave me my 3 options along with his professional opinion on each option. I decided on the safest option and Mr electric scheduled the work for the following morning since they would have to power off the house during the work. I could not be happier with Marcus’ work and with Mr Electric. I will use them in the future when anything goes wrong with my electric supply to the home. I just hope it will be a long while! LOL. The electrician, Brandon, showed up on time, accessed the repair needed, provided a binding estimate, and made the repairs. The solution was pretty complicated and took significant time and effort to figure out. He did a great job. I would definitely use the company and Brandon again.

We called Local Electrician to perform a Panel upgrade and install Generator Transfer switch and connections. Sean assessed the work and gave us a fair price for the work on a Friday. They had an opening available for Monday. Lee called to let us know when to expect him and started on time. The local electrician team supported him throughout the day with supplies and support. He was very professional and extremely thorough, with attention to detail and happy to answer any questions I had. Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
