DreamStyle Code: AZLB21-1445:When it came time to update the showers in our 1960's Tempe home, we looked at various ways to do so (tile, fiberglass, acrylic) and spoke w/several representatives of each. Estimates for all 3 materials came out to about 8k - 10k per bathroom and we ultimately decided acrylic was the best choice for longevity, cost, appearance.Our Dreamstyle rep. Jason Tate sold us on the whole package of why-we-should-do-acrylic and the various styles/choices available. Scott Whitmore was our project manager and was always available to answer questions and communicate w/us what was happening next. Between the first and second bathroom, the project took about 5 months to complete, but that was due to material supply issues, which we've all dealt with.Our installer was Eugene Urbanski and Brandon. Both were fantastic! Respectful of our home, polite, quiet, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully when they left. Eugene has some mad skills in all areas: demo, cutting materials to fit, plumbing, and install. He was always available to answer questions and offer tips/options that were available to us. Both men were professional and take pride in what they do - exactly what you want/hope for every time you have someone in your home doing any kind of work.Our two new showers are bright and beautiful and will last us for decades. Bootleggers! What a wonderfully fun and fantastic meal! Loved every morsel of the appetizers and our dinner! The wait staff is friendly and attentive. While we were there, several families with children were there enjoying dinner and there were some people at the bar side. Highly recommend going here if you are in the area!

Retro Pro is a very professional company to deal with. They have just completed a major remodel of two bathrooms in my house and I was very satisfied with the planning, construction, detailed final inspection processes and finished product.

The works crews would call each morning with an ETA when they expected to arrive. At the end of each day a meticulous clean-up would be done. The project manager performed periodic inspections while the work was ongoing, and once the work was done, he did a very thorough inspection.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
