Every part of this is company impressed me. Quality, design from the time I ordered to the time they were installed. The designers were impressive in their ability to understand my vision and produce it. The company overall seemed to work like a well oiled machine.

Cabinets are nice but their service is terrible. They always tell you delivery in two weeks but it's always at least three weeks, and that's for delivery to their warehouse. Then you have to schedule delivery and installation to your house. The only two people who seem to know anything are David and Dorothy, the owners. If you call and they aren't available, forget getting help from anyone else. The staff who answer the phone never ask if you want to leave a message, they just tell you to call back. That's because they never return calls. You have to keep calling until the person you need to talk to is there and available. And it's up to you to keep calling. They don't ever call you, for instance, to tell you your cabinets are in or to schedule installation. It's like pulling teeth to get information and get anything done.
The cabinets seems to be good quality. I ordered dark wood finish and I like the color but they do show fingerprints and dust, so I'm still deciding if that was the right choice. I have ordered white cabinets for the laundry room, so we'll see if I like those better.
