This was the 3rd project we hired TWD to do in our home. Their quality of workmanship is perfection. Everyone from the office staff to the field workers are very professional and friendly. Special shout out to Mike Leighton our Project Manager for being very responsive to all our special request, phone calls, and text messages. We highly recommend TWD.

We had our kitchen and back porch remodeled and tile throughout the house.
Kym, our designer, was meticulous with details and keeping us at our budget.
The project manager, Kent, was very good at planning and scheduling (materials and people).
We had one detail about our porch that was not on the plan. Kent listened and resolved the issue.
Martin was our lead man and did most of the work. He is the best that we have encountered (I was in construction for 15 years). His ability to do every aspect of construction from framing to finish work was outstanding. We were living at our house while the work was being done. Martin made sure we had access to at least one of our bathrooms. He cleaned every day and covered and protected our things while he was working.
Casey, Carlos did a great job on the difficult tile we chose. The electrician (who's name we don't recall) and the guys that delivered and helped with demo, William and Alec were very professional, timely and careful.

I am remodeling a kitchen, 2 bathrooms a laundry rm and a linen closet. Need cabinets, countertops and flooring throughout. Visted Premier Kitchen. Good selection BUT left bummed out due to a RIDICULOUS policy requiring a nonrefundable deposit....JUST TO GET A FIRM ESTIMATE. If I decided to move forward, the deposit would be applied. But a deposit just to get a firm estimate when every other vendor I've spoken to offers a free in-home measurement, mock up drawings and an estimate with no deposit, makes this vendor a no-go for me. Imagine buying a car and having to pay just to learn the price.....NOPE!

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. After having consistent issues with our 20yr old windows we decided replacing was the only option. We had several contractors provide quotes and decided to move forward with Freelite.
