We have been using Queen of Maids for about six months now and we are very pleased with their services and the way they do business. Their business model is about convenience and simplicity for their customers. Making appointments online via email, receiving reminder emails and not having to worry about running to the bank or writing a check the day of service (credit card is run by office after service is completed) is all time-efficient and takes in to account people's busy lives. Queen of Maids asks for feedback (again, with one simple click on a happy, ok or sad face) each time following service to ensure consistency and complete customer satisfaction. Their two-hour cleaning service allows them to focus on our main traffic areas (bathrooms, kitchen, overall dusting, cleaning of floors) and doesn't eat up too much of our time with interruptions (especially when you work from home). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a consistent, high quality, trust worthy and responsible house cleaning service. It's very refreshing to do business with a company these days who truly focuses on delivering high customer satisfaction and building their business based on core values and ease of service.

Loved this place, been trying to find a great cleaning service and I can say they didn’t disappoint! Scheduled an appointment and they sent out two very professional cleaning crew girls, Rachel was excellent she cleaned areas of my house I hadn’t touched in ages. My son even mentioned his toys had been organized and looked amazing. She’s definitely one of the best I have even requested they come back more often and requested Rachel to be my cleaner. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I called this company to help me with a pigeon problem. After two phone calls and a e-mail with photos of my roof they never even called me back. This company is what I call a “no show” I sent the pictures as soon as he asked for them. I wouldn’t hire this company becousw the owner is a Bullshiter

They were quick to come out and did a great job of changing my filters & cleaning my pool. However, my pool suddenly turned green and they wouldn’t respond to my texts! I even asked how much would they charge to come out and NOTHING!
