Our master bathroom needed some re-grouting work. We contacted many contractors to get estimates of the work. The estimates were good, but the problem we had was follow through. Days and weeks would go by, and it seemed like we were just bugging these guys. We brought in some professional companies to provide estimates thinking they would follow through. They could not repair the grout so they offered estimates to do a rebuild of the master bathroom. The pricing was outrageous!

My wife finally found Allure Bathroom Remodeling. John (the owner) came to our house, inspected the damage in master shower, and said no problem. He was so transparent and honest, that he told us it didn't make sense to do a complete remodel. They could do the repairs - and in a reasonable price too! We were ecstatic; so excited that we decided to do a remodel of our guest bathroom that we were never happy with. The cost of doing both projects was roughly the same cost as the single remodel that other companies offered. We settled with Allure.

The actual work finally came. We met John's son, Mike, and his crew. Our master bathroom repairs took ONE day. We've been faced with this problem for months and it was resolved in one day. The next part was the amazing part - our new guest bathroom. Mike was extremely professional, friendly, and punctual. His crew was the exact same. Every one of them was trustworthy. We felt comfortable providing input and questions on the work. Everything went so smoothly.

We'd recommend Allure for any job, large or small. They were amazing to work with. If you've ever had issues with contractors not contacting you, or don't feel comfortable with the price of your estimate. Look no further than Allure.

I wanted this email to be one of the first things you saw Monday morning. I had my first bath in my Kohler walk-in tub Saturday night and have to tell you it was just short of heavenly. What made the whole thing so wonderful was the incredible installation job which your Lead Installer, Joe Martinez, accomplished. They made it exquisite.
He went miles out of his way to create a beautiful tile backsplash, move the tub out from the wall to place a shelf behind it and retile the floor. Joe and his assistant, Lorentavious Robinson, left my entire house spotless. They put down tarps and canvas walkways, plastic protective walls so my bedroom, which is just beyond the bathroom, was totally dust-free.
Every night they swept, vacuumed and cleaned up everything so I could use the bathroom easily. They did not leave behind a single trace of all the work they did.

Joe and LT were such a pleasure to have in my home. So courteous, careful and pleasant. Actually, much nicer than most of my family! (Just kidding!)

To refer back to the backsplash behind the tub, it was necessary to remove the decorative tile which was in place before the walk-in tub arrived and, fortunately, I had extra tile available. Joe cut and matched and put together this really beautiful tile wall piece (I have attached a picture so you can see what he did).

I can't say enough about Joe's professionalism and care to be sure I was going to be happy with this new tub.

I have had work persons in my home who have not treated my home as though it were their own. Joe and LT did.

This was an arduous job, requiring three days to complete but they never seemed to sit down and rest for a minute!

I can't tell you how grateful I am that these gentlemen were the ones selected to come to my house.

Oh! I so appreciate your graciousness in exchanging the water tank addition I did not need for replacing my floor tiles, which I really did need. That was just great!

Additionally, I appreciate your help in sending someone to fix the small cracks in my tub. He will be here Tuesday.

Installers Don and Chris were great! On time,friendly,worked quickly and were knowledgeable about the product. They pulled a tub and installed a walk in shower in just one day! They disposed of all the old bathroom pieces and cleaned up afterwards. We are very satisfied,would definitely recommend Jacuzzi.

They did work on our bathroom 5 years ago finding out recently. That they cut so many corners on the work they did . Would highly recommend not using them.

I had a shower replacement/remodel done by Re-Bath and what a fabulous experience! Let me start by saying how good my installer Victor Garrison was. He was knowledgable, communicative, careful, kind and fast without being reckless. He made sure I was involved at every step along the way, and instead of assuming what I wanted, made sure to ask me what I wanted. He came prepared and ready to work, he took care with my home, and kept the mess down to a minimum. He cleaned up everyday at the end of the day, and always checked with me to make sure I was satisfied at where the job was at, and what the plan was for the next day. I have done other remodel projects project and I have to say Re-Bath is far and above the best I have worked with. If all their installers are like Victor, they are extremely fortunate. Victor is head and shoulders above the rest!! Thank you Victor!Kenzie Moxley is another standout. She was very informative when she came to start my estimate. She took the time to ensure she had everything right and knew exactly what I wanted. I had spoken to 2 other companies before Re-Bath, but because she was so competent, I signed that day! I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

Super customer service!! Appreciated the weekly progress reports and pictures. Great communication during the remodeling and very easy to contact with prompt return calls concerning any questions or issues. Work overall was A+, and they stayed within the projected time lines for each phase of the remodel. They were very detail oriented and addressed all our concerns about the finest details of our remodel. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT GET IT TOGETHER!!! I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list from several employees the last 2 months. I have received over 25+ calls and each time politely asked to be removed from the call list and I've heard I will have a manager remove you we just got a new system, our computers are getting updated BUT I still keep getting calls. Your Company is one I would NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND after the headache of being hassled for Windows relentlessly. Figure your new system out and when someone asked to be removed from your call list… Take them off. Simple!

I cannot say enough good things about AZ Granite. They came on time and with everything they needed. They worked quickly and efficiently. They removed a built in cabinet wall for appliances and reinstalled the new set. They cleaned up and took away all the large garbage as well. The quality of the work done was impeccable. We have renovated/built 3 homes in the last 3 years and this team has been one of the best we’ve worked with!

Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

Had been shopping around for a contractor for my bathroom for a while. Came across Home Concept Customs and was very pleased with the professionalism and pricing. Larry made the process so easy from start to finish! He worked around my busy schedule, spent the time to explain all my options, then made the paperwork super simple! Was very impressed with the quality of work at the end! Will highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
