I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. If you are ready to remodel, give them a call.

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

After months of searching for a company to remodel my bathroom and ended up calling Independence Home Remodeling based on a coworkers recommendation. After calling and getting a quote I decided they were the right company for the job and the entire job was done quicker than expected at an affordable price with quality work that can't be matched.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

We love the new vanities and the walk-in shower! As a bonus, we discovered that the walk-in shower is a great way to bathe our dogs too!

If you want work done on your home and money is no object then this is the place for you. I cannot speak to the quality of the work that they do because it never got that far. I placed a $5000 deposit so they could get started on the design work. I understand that this is a lot of work and they need some sort of certainty that they can recoup some of their expenses. What they came back with was an astronomical bid. I won't get into the whole issue of pricing but here is an example. They had a line item in for repainting the house (all walls, baseboards, doors and ceilings). The amount that they came up with was $7000. Note that this is a 2600 square foot house. After seeing this red flag I met at the house that weekend with 2 painters to get bids for the same work. They came back with bids of $1700 and $2500.

In an effort to get some value for the $5000 that I had already committed I told them that I would still hire them to install the folding wall system in the house. They returned with a bid of $34,956. I have also reached out for competing bids. I have only received one back but it came in at $19,554.25.

I will be looking elsewhere or I will do the work myself. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started here. I cannot believe that if feels good to be walking away from $5000.

Needed a repair for a busted water line pipe underneath a section of the driveway. Charlie was quick to respond, professional, and came with a fair price. The job was completed earlier than scheduled which was great. Charlie and his guys did a great job with the demo and repour and Charlie himself went over and above with the repair/replacement of the busted pvc pipe. He wanted to ensure there were no leaks before pouring. I'm very happy with the service provided. I'd like to add also that his office staff is extremely professional and very friendly. Thanks again, Charlie!

Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!!
