We love our new bathroom. Blaine was amazing, friendly and did an amazing remodel of our bathroom. It is a complete transformation and we could not be more please. From the design/sales consultant to the installation techs, they were on time, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. They were efficient and did not waste their time or mine. Their price point was competitive, their product was superior as was their workmanship. Highly recommended Luxury Bath of Phoenix.

There are three reasons I chose Pondscapes to redo my pond.
1. Ralph is an owner operator, so he will be at the job site ensuring that you are getting top quality work done.
2. His previous work looks great and I could tell that he delivers a quality product.
3. He has great reviews from previous customers. He had a few low rated reviews but they most if not all look like they are fake reviews from someone that did not actually contract him to do work.

Even though my expectations were high, I feel like they were exceeded after the job was done.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.
