Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. We were always informed of any slight change of plan and the communication through the whole process was outstanding. Thank you Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend! We LOVE our new home! We had a new shower installed, countertops, mirrors, light fixtures, toilets, and new bathroom fixtures. ReBath did two of our bathrooms. We love our new bathrooms!! Everything from start to finish was perfect. I’m so happy we used ReBath. I cannot say enough about how great they were. My grandson used another bath remodeler for his bathroom before we did ours, ReBath was SO much better than the other company my grandson used. I wish he would have used Rebath. I would recommend ReBath to anyone thinking about bath remodeling.

This company has some very good qualities. The sales staff are very professional on the front end of the remodel . Ryan was very professional and helped us along the way . He worked with us to select the materials and helped with the design for our complete bathroom remodel . The man that installed the tile in the shower and the floor was a true professional. Excellent. One of the reasons for choosing this company was their claim of having a daily schedule. They do have a daily schedule but they either don't follow the schedule or they change it at will. I do understand that things happen but the schedule became laughable. Communication with the project manager was always a problem. Projected time given for remodel was 6 weeks and still not completed at 12 weeks. Billing system does not work because you cannot pay online . Biggest disappointment is the schedule and that our remodel is still not done.....

Todd Whittaker Drywall did an exceptional job on our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. TWD provided design, demo and remodel work and all work was professionally done and completed on time. The employees were friendly and kept us updated on progress of the work and answered all our questions during the work. Will definitely use them for future work. We would recommend TWD for any remodel work.

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

I have used XLT Construction for several projects. The latest was to install new floor tiles in the kitchen, fix drywall damage, add new base boards and fix a leak on the outside wall. Victor did all the work, was professional, kept the work area clean and was meticulous and detailed in his work. My kitchen and dinning room are perfect now.

We absolutely love our new Master Bath! AZ New Bath was great to work with - We called for an estimate back in April and Colt came out that week to go over everything with us. Evelyn stayed in contact with us throughout the process as well to keep us in the loop on when the project would begin and when ordering everything. Demo started in late June and everything was completely done by late July!

Chris was the lead foreman and was excellent also! He was sure to check in with us to make sure we were happy with fixtures and details throughout installation.

Working with Premier was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel. They built out a new bathroom, wine room and kitchen. The end result was unbelievable. They were on top of communication, permits, updates, quality of work, etc.

Wow. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. From the very first meeting I knew my research had paid off. Eric and Angela helped me pick out details and style when I was unsure but were never pushy. They were also incredibly accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Steve the project manager was great and I always had him as a point of contact if I had any questions. And Oscar and Blake were incredible workers. They let me know every day when they were on their way and when they had left. And they cleaned after every single day. If I ever move or need another remodel they will be my first call. After working with other remodel companies and big box stores, I learned my lesson the hard way...Retro Pro is the way to go!! Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it!

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

We will forgive ATR Handyman, for their gross negligence of the paint job and Randy's deliberate attempt to intimate threaten me by removing his crew if I do not pay immediately the balance of the job, even though the crew was knee-deep into the job. They already had received more than 2/3 of the payment in less than 5 days.
Randy had the audacity to say if you do not pay the remaining, we will roll, (the crew rolled leaving over $5k in damages) per Randy's invoice, 3rd payment due on completion we will forgive them.

We are 100% thrilled with the quality of work and the customer service PK&B provided. It was evident from the very beginning of project design all the way through the final touch up details that choosing PK&B was the right choice for us. Would highly recommend to anyone! You won’t find a better partnership out there for your home remodel than these guys!

Ernesto is a smooth talker and doesn't listen to a word you say. He does not listen to what the client actually wants. Besides not listening to anything my wife and I said, after a month all he had to show for his work were some silly doodling on paper. He charged a 5K retainer, and did absolutely NOTHING. After we made suggestions, he would shoot them down and then later bring them up as his own ideas. He kept telling us that a beam needed to be installed, and later my contractor looked at the columns and said they were fine to remove (just to prove he has no idea what he is talking about). After a month of having NOTHING to even prove he has been working, he now wants to charge us even more money for doing nothing. In a month...no estimates, no work has been done. All he wants to do is milk as much money out of you as possible. I regret ever hiring him, because he is totally unprofessional and also refuses to give us our house keys back. I will most likely end up taking him to court to recover my money he wasted
