Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. If you are ready to remodel, give them a call.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

Sunset Tile and Bath is a Top Shelf company. The quality of work is unsurpassed. For my bathroom I had 5 companies come in quote both the shower only and a full bathroom remodel. The prices I received were laughable except from Sunset. They were 7-8K less than Rebath and Kitchens for the full bathroom. This project was a full custom job, cabinets, countertop, luxury shower and floor. I could not believe the value I received. I am the son of a very picky architect who grew up in a house with installations made with extreme quality materials and craftsmanship. These guys only take so many jobs a month, so they don’t rush your job, which means you’re going to wait awhile. But it is WELL worth the wait.

A couple of weeks after signing the bathroom contract Mark came in and looked at my kitchen. When he emailed me the quote I was pleasantly stunned. When I saw the price for all new cabinets and a countertop vs refacing and new countertop, I was at his shop in less than a half hour signing the contract with deposit in hand. He came up with a complete reorganization of my kitchen freeing up or making easily accessible spaces that had been very difficult to use for 22 years.

Mark and his staff are very good at what they do. I strongly recommend that you check these folks out if you’re doing a remodel. I honestly thought they were going to be way to expensive, but they proved to be by far the best of the best for quality, value and affordability.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

Working with TWD was so great, they were professional, communicative, and the estimate process was easy. They repaired several holes in our ceiling and walls and repainted our entire ceiling, they did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

I contracted with Maxum to be the General Contractor for a total remodel of our recently purchased 2,750 sq. ft. home. A 75 day project is currently at 112 days. The end date is at least another 20 days away.
Every week there is a change in supervisors, laborers and sub-contractors. There is absolutely zero consistency in project progress. My wife and I have often acted as GC with workers looking towards us to provide direction.
As cheap as possible seems to be Maxum's mission statement. This has resulted in delays, redos and very intense disagreements as to how to move forward. Maxum has caused extreme anxiety for my wife and I along with unexpected costs for temporary relocation and for day to day living expenses.
The remodel results so far look very nice but only because of our very active role as designers and quality control managers.
This job did not need to be this painful. Maxum provided no concern for our input, promises made or common sense direction. We believe that our job was Maxum's first project based upon their total mismanagement of planning, product procurement, customer relations and day to day supervision and direction of employees and subcontractors.
If I were to start fresh, the contract would be much more specific related to project details and materials. I would also have included penalties for missed progress dates.

Our project was enclosing a small lanai and adding a 17’ x 40’ Workshop. Their bid (I obtained 4) was very competitive and we enjoyed working with Bret. He was always on top of everything pertaining to our project and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The workmanship was first class and we plan to hire them for future home improvements. Thank You.

Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.
