We love our new bathroom!

We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. As a single Mom on a tight budget I looked into several options for our bathroom remodel and found everything I needed with Holtzman's Home Improvement. Super customer service!! Appreciated the weekly progress reports and pictures. Great communication during the remodeling and very easy to contact with prompt return calls concerning any questions or issues. Work overall was A+, and they stayed within the projected time lines for each phase of the remodel. Recently Re-bath remodeled our bathroom - it looks wonderful! This is in large part due to the technician assigned to the project: Aaron Torres. Aaron is professional, friendly and treated our home with respect. Typically, he arrived daily at the agreed upon time - in the event he was to be delayed he informed us that morning of the new arrival time.He informed us of what he planned to accomplish each day. Aaron is a journeyman of many trades and needed minimal involvement from other tradesman. At the end of the project even our dog was sad when he didn’t return.Gary and Kris Gutierrez

This is pretty long but so was our bathroom remodeling job. I'm listing the problems in order of seriousness:
Didn't shut off water when connecting new vanity and ruptured a pipe damaging our nearly new carpeting. Removed carpet protection to dry out carpet. Subsequently the painter tripped and dumped a pint of paint on the carpet which also splattered across the bedroom damaging the bed comforter and pillows. He tried to clean up latex paint with turpentine leaving a reeking smelly mess. Had to call in a disaster recovery company to salvage the situation. Touch up done with wrong paint finish so the room had to be repainted. The shower tile not level for glass door installation. It
took 20 weeks to finish from start of demolition when they estimated 6-8 week job. The contract front-loaded payments so no incentive to finish.
The vanity was missing two drawers. They never ordered handicap grab bars nor the door. When shower was finished the hot water limiter was incorrectly installed so there was no hot water making for a cold first shower.
Since there was no dumpster, trash accumulated and wasn't promptly picked up until we complained sometimes multiply. From the beginning and through the whole project, there was poor communications about what would be done when, including showing up unannounced and not showing up when they said they would.

Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

We are so grateful for AZ Neighbor and their amazing people. Not only is their workmanship of great quality, but they are people you can trust which is so important when opening your home (literally, walls, ceiling, flooring, all of it)! Many crews can do the job, but few do it with the integrity, commitment, and smile that the AZ Neighbor team does it with. We will continue to use them on any of our house projects (and we’ve had many).

I was disappointed in working with Republic West Remodel. The designer did not pay attention to what I was saying and seemed more focused on selling cabinets. This was for a kitchen and two bath remodel. The designer was distracted and forgot details I had mentioned so I walked away and forfeited the deposit. I know things are busy now, so maybe she had other priorities, but did not feel I could trust working with the company.

We used ABA Home Remodeling for a kitchen remodel several months ago. From the start with Amanda - she was super helpful with decorating ideas, to Joe, David and team .. they were very professional and made sure the job was done to the highest of standards. The kitchen cabinets were painted, new sink & faucets were installed, backsplash, and open shelving with the hood was installed. Excellent work!

I have worked with 123 remodeling to renovate both bathrooms in my second house in Phoenix , and we couldn’t be happier. My wife, my kids and I all feel like we live in a hotel room now!! :) 123 remodeling are genuinely a team of honest good people that bring amazing results. Thank you guys!
