Best House Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

We contracted with Phoenix Home Remodeling to renovate our three bathrooms and they did a fantastic job. Great communication, the project plan kept at least one bathroom functional throughout, absolutely zero corner cutting, great attention to detail, and very clean work. Mark, Ben and Jeremy are responsive, helpful, skilled and easy to work with. Their level of craftsmanship is something that every contractor should aspire to.

My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

True professionals, everything was right on time they were reliable we put off doing the kitchen and bathroom remodel just because of the headache of dealing with non-professionals and contractors who will take your deposit and show up whenever it’s convenient for them and take weeks longer than they anticipated we have had night contractor stories In the past... I won’t use or recommend anyone besides the HOLTZMAN FAMILY!

We had pop outs added our back house. The south facing wall had to be demoed and a new stucco wall put in its place. Excellent job!! Everyone was professional from the estimator, project manager and workers.

They overall have a great business and they know how to work and do what they need to do to get the job done

He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... Took them over 5 months from start to completion to install our new master bathroom after telling us it would be 5-6 weeks.
Fast forward five almost (5) years later and the cabinets are falling off the walls because they were not properly secured. Since we know we are out of warranty, and we don't want another multi month fiasco in our bedroom, we will have to bring in another contractor to reinstall our master sink and cabinets again.
We wanted our dream bathroom, we did not go with the cheep contractor here. Very disappointing.

I ordered my counter tops from AZ Granite for a house we remodeled. They provided all countertops for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Excellent service, very professional and most importantly installed in a timely manner. The counters came out beautifully! I will definitely use them for our next project.

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Robert Davis (West Haven Builders) has done several remodeling projects in our home for my husband and I. Each job was completed just as we had hoped and asked for. We had seen some of his previous work in other satisfied customers homes and knew we wanted him to help us. His estimates and quotes were very reasonable. He never promised something he couldn't do. He stayed within the estimates and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with the job. AZ Neighbor is a very experienced construction company that had the resources and connections to get our job done. We knew what we wanted except for some pesky details. When we wanted cabinets that matched the material and finish of existing cabinets they were able to go outside of their normal process to get them. Both the design department and the project manager / crew foreman were exceptionally easy to work with and had great ideas for those pesky problems. The results were even better than we had envisioned.
We definitely recommend them and will invite them to bid on future projects on our house.
