Small project but with BIG results! Attention to detail as well as keeping schedules are huge to me. My remodel project could not have gone easier and without any of the stress of a typical remodel! Ray and Tatum took the hassle out of our remodel and left me with a dazzling bathroom and driveway that now has huge curb appeal. I have referred Ray and Tatum to two other friends-- One that already has had the same great results with their projects and the other one excited to start. Our upstairs heating was out. Amy sent a technician over the same morning. Brad, the technician, identified the issue and had us up and running within 2 hours. I felt very comfortable having him in the house with just me and the kids and was so glad for all their help! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Tony and his crew gave us a fantastic service in repairing our restaurant dip freezer. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and were very kind and nice to talk to in the process. They did a great work at a reasonable price. We are very happy with the repair. I wish more people gave the kind of customer service this company does.

Update:
Second time using Nathan and he was able to diagnose the cooling issue we had quickly and setup a plan to fix it by shortening runs and offering to check the status before marking the job complete. I know it’s been harder times Nathan, but thanks for you help once again!

Nathan of Desert State Heating and Air was great. We had an issue where the heater wasn’t working (it actually gets cold in AZ sometimes) and Nathan was first willing to troubleshoot with me before coming out to the house for service. Turned out to be my newer thermostats (which had issues during the hot seasons as well) and he was able to check on my units as well as help to reprogram the thermostats to be operational in both weather conditions. He was responsive, kind, and human. Thanks DSHA!

Having dealt with a number of HVAC companies here in the valley, Track is definitely at the top of the list.

Ben arrived to our home after a quick notice that he was en route and got to work in no time. Top notch customer service and no used car salesman tactics, Ben completed the tune up and gave us a through summary of what was going on with our system.

Got to say, I wasn't so sure at the beginning but with the no hassle policies and straight forward pricing - I would ABSOLUTELY recommend giving Track a try next time you are in need of HVAC work.

We recently moved to Phoenix from out of state. Some modifications to our kitchen were needed, and we did not know who to contact Fortunately our developer recommended ArDan to do the work. The planning of the project was done remotely, and a schedule for the project was presented to us. Shortly after we arrived the work began and moved along as smoothly as we had been promised. There was minimal disruption to our lives (we were living in the apartment while the work was done. Everything was done as promised, and we couldn't be happier with their work.

Definitely has an attitude problem
Rude and sarcastic. Do not call this company. Save yourself a headache!
