If we needed a question answered, we always received a quick response. We plan to use Phoenix Home Remodeling for our kitchen as well.

When we decided to have our aweful hacked-up bathroom remodeled, we wanted to have it done right and not have to lift a finger. Carolina came out to our house with all the options and, without any hard sell, helped us figure out what we really wanted. She's great.When the time came for them to do the work, Marcus, the installer, absolutely killed it! He totally transformed the room in only 8. Freakin'. Days.We really love the high level of communication as well. Each day we would have a group chat message of the work completed and pics. Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

My bathroom remodel was done during the difficult time of the pandemic when there were supply shortages and workmen shortages. The remodel took longer than anticipated and there were a few glitches along the way. However, I am happy in the long run. Holtzman was very responsive to the issues that occurred and made things right. To me, that is a huge plus for them as a company. Problems and mistakes do happen, but how they are handled is the most important factor.

Todd Whittaker Drywall did an exceptional job on our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. TWD provided design, demo and remodel work and all work was professionally done and completed on time. The employees were friendly and kept us updated on progress of the work and answered all our questions during the work. Will definitely use them for future work. We would recommend TWD for any remodel work.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. We had a great experience with Better Bath Remodeling. Michael was very easy to work with and his flexibility allowed us to stay within budget. We had the good fortune to work with Martin. He kept us in the loop throughout and collaborated closely with us on all of the details. We love how both bathrooms turned out and highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

This was the BEST experience we've ever had with a window installer. Roger and Nick were not only exceptional in their craftsmanship,but their personalities are just so wonderful. Super professional, detail oriented, thorough explained &everything so well. We know all about the quality of the windows we purchased. We can see the excellence in how they took out our old windows and put in the new ones... They finished all of our windows in one day and we hated to see them leave!! Our house feels and looks so much better!!! Can't thank them enough.
