I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

I spoke with Amy on the phone who was extremely knowledgeable about AC systems. She walked me through the entire process for a home that I was getting ready to sell. Prompt and on time service from the service tech Brad who was very thorough and made sure to do things the right way not the easy way. Absolute pleasure working with A & M Mechanical as a whole. I could not have been happier with the work done by Ryan and his team on the replacement of my whole system, heating and cooling. They were clean, neat, professional, and conscientious during the entire process. I had 3 bids but ended up choosing Ryan since he is a knowledgeable business owner and I felt he would have his name at stake. I was not disappointed. He gave me several choices for the equipment, I was never oversold...he simply explained the differences between units and allowed me to make the best decision for my situation, taking all the time I needed. His team was careful and did all they could to keep the dirt and insulation from installing the heating system, on tarps and in the end, they vacuumed as well. One vent did accumulate some insulation from installation and when Ryan called to check on things after installation of the systems, I mentioned this. I was just going to clean it myself, however, Ryan himself insisted on coming right out to clean the vent and wash the vent. I mention this to show the level of detail Ryan took...and his team was the same. The units were both Carrier products. Also, his team corrected the duct work and there is a noticeable difference in the balance of warmth coming thru all vents. I imagine once I begin using the AC, the result will be the same. And the AC is definitely a much more adequate Seer size for my home. The platform the AC is on was also changed out to a concrete platform instead of the plastic platform. This is a 16 Seer, 2 stage system from Carrier. I am looking forward to a comfortable and problem free summer season with the new equipment.

Normally I get anxious about calling someone out to fix something on my house that I don’t have much knowledge about but George took the time to explain the system, involved me in diagnosing the problem and was able to fix it for a lot less money than I expected. I’m a customer for life from here on out!!

B3 replaced one of our very old heat pumps last year quickly and professionally. This year, when our other old unit started to die, we called them and they once again did a fabulous job. On top of the great service, their prices can't be beat! They saved us $$$!

Our ac went out at 1am this past weekend after calling around to alot of ac companies with no reponse Nathan responded 15min after I left a voice message and was at my house within 20min later and saved us from sleeping in a hot home. I will forever be greatful for his amazing fast response.
