Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

Holtzman impressed us by there process
When we signed our contract we had a welcome call for the company within 5 days from signing our contract. They went over there 5 steps process with us. We had communication and new all there process and what to expect every step of the way. There custom service department answer all our question. Will our superintendent went over are customer portal with us and the calendar so we new when the trades were coming to our home. There text message feature is great . Holtzman provide the worker that is coming to our home and what trade we can expect that day. There entire process from start to finish was very organized and it’s the best company we every work with. The workers and there finished product is exactly what the rendering they provide to us. We couldn’t be happier with our remodel. Definitely Holtzman is our contractor for life .

I am thoroughly impressed in every way possible. I had a large doggie door that needed to be repaired since the passing of my dog. Every person I dealt with was professional, helpful, on time and GREAT customer service. I am now considering updating my master bathroom and will definitely use them for this project. Working with Maxum Design and Construction has been great. When I was worried my rain shower was not high enough Taylor and John came out within a half hour to discuss. Great response! Designs are awesome! ADA compatible; I have MS. I love the quality execution by construction crew led by James.

Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

I had a leak in my master bedroom and bathroom that was a real mess to clean up. Acquity was referred to me by Copper State Builders who had to take out all the damaged areas and did a GREAT job. Ken at Acuity was great. He and his team restored the drywall, painted, put in new tile in the bathroom, built a new vanity and installed, put in new carpeting and padding, painted the bedroom and bathroom, and restored everything that needed to be restored. He was great to work with as were the rest of his associates. I would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, another disaster presents itself. I was also glad to see all their great reviews. One more doesn't hurt!

We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. 123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Shannon and his crew did a wonderful job on our remodel which included putting in an all new guest bathroom and laying new floor tile in the kitchen and sunroom. All members of his crew were always very professional, very skilled, very considerate and a pleasure to work with. They all worked closely with us to make sure the end product was exactly what we wanted and Shannon was always very responsive to our questions and concerns. We hired ATR Handyman services to help us with small repairs on our vacation rentals- COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. They are super organized, clean (even arriving with shoe protectors which i SO appreciate post cleaning!), and even took before/after photos. A+++++++
