Best General Contractor Commercial in Phoenix AZ

I've had Holtzman in to renovate my flooring two times, and both times have come away extremely, extremely pleased with the results. My first time was just a little over 1,100 sq. ft of laminate hardwood - Brandon Holtzman was able to suggest a great product, an awesome look, and didn't play any games with me on the price, making sure to detail all the different items that I would be paying for so there were no surprises once we had him and his team on the job. It went according to plan and on schedule.

The second time around we moved into a bigger space and had to get 2,500 sq. ft of laminate hardwood installed. This time around Brandon and Danny suggested great cost savings/time savings measures and laid down the materials in a way that no other contractor said could be done, all in a price unmatched and on schedule. Was able to meet other members of the Holtzman team (floor installers, carpenters, and painters) and they were all extremely professional and had great things to say about their employer - always a good thing to hear that the company is well run top to bottom.

Of course no job is without its flaws - there were a couple of small items that were missed or needed repair (missed caulking on baseboard, stair trim loose), but in all fairness, with a job this size, small flaws are expected. Brandon made sure his team came out and fixed the issues quickly and with no questions asked.

Will surely come back to Holtzman first for our next renovation project due to their professionalism, high quality, and the great job they've done for us.

They were very attentive to my small job and the female worker was very good and experienced. I would give them an A+ rating.

Without a doubt the worst SUB-contractor in all of Arizona if not the country.

They did a fantastic job on my kitchen. This was a difficult job but they result is fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone.

From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

Robert & Ana are a pleasure to work with. They were referred to us by family members who had used them twice and were very pleased. They performed several jobs including a small painting job, bathroom plumbing, and repairing a pocket door two others could not repair without tearing into a wall. We will definitely use them again.

Our Handyman Mark C. did a wonderful job installing two exterior doors and a pet door. The result was above our expectations, AND he finished four hours ahead of schedule! Fair price, and he followed a rule my dad taught me about camping, 'Always leave the site in better condition than when you arrived.'. Thank you for your professional, efficient work. This is the fourth time we have used Urban Element. Quentin and team are beyond excellent. His quotes are well priced, comprehensive, and leave little room for surprises. His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. His team was courteous, respectful, and extremely clean. Their work was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Urban Element to anyone doing a home remodel. The price is fair, the communication is great, and the results speak for themselves. I had a leak in my master bedroom and bathroom that was a real mess to clean up. Acquity was referred to me by Copper State Builders who had to take out all the damaged areas and did a GREAT job. Ken at Acuity was great. He and his team restored the drywall, painted, put in new tile in the bathroom, built a new vanity and installed, put in new carpeting and padding, painted the bedroom and bathroom, and restored everything that needed to be restored. He was great to work with as were the rest of his associates. I would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, another disaster presents itself. I was also glad to see all their great reviews. One more doesn't hurt!

Rob at Project Construction LLC has done a lot of high quality work for our real estate investment company here in Scottsdale. Before we met rob we had a few contractor nightmares but am happy to say that those are over and would highly recommend him for your job.
