Best Floor Tiles in Phoenix AZ

We used this business for a major master bathroom remodel. They did what we asked. Everyone was incredibly professional. We are beyond pleased with results. We can’t wait to use them again. I highly recommend them for any remodel.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

The bathtub refinish on our tub is amazing! It looks like we have a new bath tub. We had an old, ugly, cast iron tub, where we couldn't remove or replace it. It was dirty white in color, and looked terrible. Now, it looks shiny new! I highly recommend Pro Bathtub Refinishing of Phoenix.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

XLT Construction, also installed new cabinets. The XLT team worked diligently to make sure all was done correctly, coming back whenever I ask them to making minor adjustments. Sadly, one team member became ill and was hospitalized, so there was a slight delay in finishing the cabinet installation. All-in-all they did a very nice job.

Keith and his crew did an amazing job with my kitchen project extremely reliable, organized and fast turnaround. Will most definitely use again for future projects.

They did an excellent job on my new bathroom vanity top. They were on schedule and fast.

Christina Staab was amazing at explaining everything to us and showing us our options. Highly recommend her for your projects.

We recently had our quartzsite counter tops fabricated by the L&M team. Our counter tops came out beautifully within 10 days. Prior to installation, Raul came to our house and created the templates, joined us at Aracruz Granite to select the specific tiles so the patterns could be matched, then back to L&M to layout the design of the templates to match the pattern design so the continued flow would occur and installed our beautiful counter tops in a week. Also, Sarah, who works at the front desk was always a joy to work with. She always answered the phone quickly and/or returned my calls as soon as she was able. Use L&M - you will not be disappointed.

Kitchens by Good Guys does excellent work!!! We gutted our kitchen and took out a wall. Good Guys didn’t shy away from the project, in fact they knocked it out of the park!! We love, love, love our new kitchen. From start to finish, all staff we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, creative and a pleasure to work with. Good guys provided a timeline for the project, from purchasing/building of the cabinets to the final inspection approval. They were realistic in their timeline and were done when they said they would be. We were not in the house for the project but Good Guys use a platform where they upload photos of the progress of the project. We appreciated this extra step. I cannot say enough about this team. You will not regret hiring Good Guys!!

This company refuses to refund it’s customers unless they sign a contract saying they won’t put up any negative reviews. So I am putting this up for a friend who cannot. They were charged ($3000!) for a product that was not even used in their house. If you look also the majority of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake (all starting with the name of the company) and the lower star reviews detail similar problems as the one my friend experienced. Stay away from this company.

I needed a large power saw to make a cut on a piece of wood and Thomas was kind enough to do it for free and quickly. On top of having great quality items comet the service here is unbeatable!

Wow!! Mike, Tyson, Luis and Morgan were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Used their services about one month ago in our home. From the beginning, the process was smooth, communication was transparent, and all staff from sales to installers were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
