Called 3 times and still no call back about moving an electrical line.

We just had Ryan from Comfort Experts out to fix our A/C. He was able to fit us in between is already scheduled appointments and had our A/C up and running so fast! He is really reasonably priced and I can't say how much I appreciate him coming out so quickly! We were originally scheduled to have the A/C fixed by the company who installed it in the late afternoon, but Ryan fixed it before 9:00 AM, keeping me comfortable on a day which is supposed to be 113*! I highly recommend them and will only call them from now on!

B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

BJ and his team are honest and very knowledgeable. They took time to correctly diagnose and provide a solution to my well problem. I especially liked the fact that he took the time to explain all my options and provide me with expedited service. My well stopped working on a Friday morning. BJ could have easily put off the repair till Monday, BUT he didn't want one of his customers without water over the weekend. I spent 19 years at Weitz and saw the company do incredible things for employees, customers and partners. The Southwest business unit is doing great work for the city at Skytrain as well as for data center customers in the valley, municipalities and senior living customers. It’s a phenomenal group of people and culture.

Ron was great. He helped me with the design and picked out great plants. My only complaint was with the travertine installation. The installers didn't follow the plans drawn out and used cracked tile. The company took care of everything and I am very happy with the final result
