Best Equipment Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!! My wife is a realtor and she will definitely refer Arizona Electrical Solutions to her clients in need! Thanks Will and Dave!!!

Having lived in the Phoenix area almost 40 years, we have had several major companies in the valley perform work in our home. None can compare to Phoenix Contracting Services. Jeff upgraded our electrical panel and corrected substandard work performed by another company. After explaining what all would be involved, everything proceeded as planned. His crew showed up on time, took COVID precautions, were very courteous, and got to work immediately. Jeff worked with his crew to completion, making sure all our electrical concerns were addressed and corrected. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our electrical panel has been upgraded, electrical problems corrected, and we will only be calling Phoenix Contracting Services in the future for any electrical or air conditioning needs. We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

Had issue with the panel spot that held the breaker for our A/C. Joel was helpful and professional, gave a few different options so that we could choose what was best for us. Not the cheapest route, not the most expensive route, but was capable of getting done within a day. This company is great to work with and they listen to your needs. Recommend to everyone I can.

The response to my initial call was very good. The technician who came and analyzed the problem told me that they had to order parts and could return the next day to do the repair.They didn’t call me the next day to tell me that there was a problem getting the parts, I had to call them. When they didn’t receive the parts when expected, I had to call them to learn what was happening. Once they got the parts they finally called me and scheduled the repair. No problems after that.I just think that they should have contacted me when they knew that there would be delays.

The best electricians around. They came on such a short notice. They even sent a worker with 24 hours to help with something that didn’t even work.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.
