I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. These guys did both a tub/shower combo and a shower for me. Both took one day to install! They showed up a month early! The installers were professional and did a great job. The hot water on the tub wasn’t getting hot and they sent someone on the day I called them. It took 5 minutes and everything is now perfect! Thank you guys. All in all, it was a good job. Had to wait three months to get the job started and had already paid half down. Appreciated the sales person and the contractor that completed the job. Had major issues with the person in charge. Aldo did not agree with the way he ran the business. Will not use them for the second bath area.

This company has done a fantastic job remodeling my grandfather's bathroom. The owner, Derek, has been involved every step of the way and very accommodating to our many whims. He and all of his employees have a great can do attitude and are super efficient. This is the 1st contractor I have ever had that has started and completed a job in the timeline that that was promised. And every day they left the worksite amazingly clean.

I was impressed that there are no subcontractors. All work is taken care of by the company. This makes it easy to complete the job.
It is a one stop shop. Their designers help to pick out materials. Very professional.

We contracted with Scottsdale Bathroom Remodels to do a complete master bathroom remodel. Their entire team did an awesome job pulling together a dream bathroom. They did high-quality work, finished when they said they would, and cleaned the site well when they were finished.

We had an unfortunate situation earlier this year - a slab leak under our kitchen sink - which forced us into doing a kitchen remodel as we lost half of our kitchen during the process of fixing the leak. We received a referral from someone else to contact Bret from Rise Above. When calling Bret, he said he would call me back as he was at another job, and returned my call within just minutes. He was super friendly and responsive. He came to our home to give an estimate in just a few days after my initial phone call. Bret was pleasant, informative and made us feel comfortable choosing his company to do the work. We had a complete kitchen makeover, including removal of a wall and raising the kitchen ceiling. We also had tile put throughout our whole house, aside from the bedrooms. Rise Above also remodeled both of our bathrooms. This was something we've never endured before - a complete overhaul of most of our home. We were nervous to spend the money and have our house completely torn up. We were completely satisfied with the work done to our home. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I felt they had the same care to detail that my husband and I have. They were friendly, responsive and never once made us feel pressured. I would highly recommend Bret, Skyler, Randy and Louis to do any work for you.

The toilet in one of my bathrooms was not working properly so I called the company. They sent over one of their workers, Norm, and it was fixed. He did everything very clean, quickly, and professionaly. Norm is very friendly and respectful. He did a great job!

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.

We were recommend this company through a friend for our shower remodel. The owner Veny is great to work with. He spent the time explaining everything to us since this was our first remodel project. His patience and good communication really stood out. His team was great and did quality work. We got our shower remodeled and new bathroom countertop. He was able to customize everything to our liking and needs. I would highly recommend this company and their work.

This company installed uneven and subpar flooring.we have been trying to get it fixed for 9 months and the company will not respond or fix the issue. Do not use this company for anything

The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. Everybody that came to the house was very professional. I have used them for several projects. At this point they installed my countertops, did my flooring and my bathroom countertops as well. I have a couple more projects for them as well. They gave me a deadline and completed it on time. Very happy with the work they did for me.
