Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

Mike and Julie are true professionals. I went through a major remodel of my home and Mike and Julie, owners of Crafted, set proper expectations upfront and exceeded the expectations in the end. After having 5 full-bids outlining same conceptual remodel, and meeting each contractor personally, Crafted stood head-and-shoulders above the rest. Crafted's bid was competitive, detailed, and provided options I did not consider without increasing the bid. Even with moving the kitchen from one side of the room to the other, moving walls back, changing exterior window size, 1800 sq/ft of new flooring and baseboards, the project was completed before the agreed upon date! We had a new shower enclosure and shower door installed by Re- bath more than 12 years ago and a 3” crack developed at the bottom of one of the panels. We contacted Dru Lammle at Re-Bath and he scheduled a technician to review. Turns out it was a crack but the shower wall material was no longer available so they replaced the entire shower panels under the lifetime warranty. We were very impressed with Re-Bath’s commitment to their warranty. We are very happy with Re-Bath and Service Advisor Dru’s communication thru the process. Installer Josh Coffee did a great job with the removal and replacement of the shower panels. Thank you Re- Bath.

Seamless experience from start to finish!

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
I'm surprised to see the positive reviews. Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle his project load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contractor's work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Recently completed a major kitchen and master bath remodel. We are very happy with the results of both projects. We had to make a design change during the process, and Premier was very responsive and turnaround on the new design did not delay the project at all. The entire team was very professional and any issues that arose were quickly resolved. A great team and we would be happy to work with them again.

I had Reborn put in a new shower in my Jack and Jill bathroom and they did an amazing job. The installers, Danny and Kyle were terrific, they arrived actually a little earlier then they said they would be there. The were very polite and worked nonstop to get the job done in one visit. The crew was great-- they reported on time each day, executed a quality paint job in record time, cleaned up after themselves, and were so professional & customer-service oriented. The owners where phenomenal to work with, professional, well-spoken, customer-service oriented; they are licensed & bonded, Joe was flexible and came out to quote the job on a weekend, incredibly responsive via email/text, and offer multiple/convenient payment options. They were reasonably priced and were out at the house executing the job with just a week notice.

Tony and Brad did an excellent job restoring and bringing back the shine on our cabinets, fabricating and replacing a filler peice along with replacing the quarter round at the base. I highly recommend Tony and Brad if your cabinets are in need of attention.
