Best Design Consultations in Phoenix AZ

We ordered our first door in January of 2021. We were just delivered our 4th defective door today (3/1/2022). Paint was chipping horribly off the first 3 doors so they sold us a door that cost over twice as much because they said the paint would be better. Of course this door came today with a defective/broken frame. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

The only reason I gave a second star is because some of this might not be their fault. If the places they order these doors are this bad, please stop selling them. After being out thousands of dollars for these doors, I expect something to be done about my experience.

Well, I can honestly say that Renewal by Andersen has been an extremely positive experience, starting with
the sales representative, whose name is Kate. She was such a wonderful person and knew her stuff, and was very helpful when it came to helping me choose. When it came time for installation, Bruce Tuia and his crew were fantastic. Professional, respectful and they got the job done, and they didn't mind the hundred questions that my husband and I had. The job was done, neat and clean, it looked like nobody was there working on tearing out old doors and windows, putting in new. They did everything! I still have 4 more windows and 1 more door that needs replaced and when the funds are available, I know I will be calling back Renewal by Andersen, and requesting Bruce Tuia and his crew! My husband and I looked for weeks for a reputable company for vinyl siding repair and gutter issues. After some outrageous quotes and no call backs, Jim called from Tacheny. I gave him the address and Jason came to the house fixed EVERYTHING the same day! Then they barely charged us for the work work they did. Such amazing work for an honest price. I'm using them from now on. They went above and beyond the scope of work we asked them to. Awesome company!!! Thank you Jim

First off, out salesman, Jason V. was a super nice guy. Gave us an estimate on all the windows and patio door for the house but was not pushy in any way for us to make a decision right a way. We decided to go for it and had him place the order. They are installing the windows and patio door today, approximately three weeks after the date when we ordered them. They were promptly here this morning at the set time. They sent two crews out and will have everything installed today. Super nice guys and all very professional. You can't even tell they were here.
They cleaned up everything which was awesome. Couldn't ask for a better experience with this company. I'd definitely recommend them. Thanks to Jason and all the crew for a fantastic job.!!!!!!!!!!!

I had one of the salesman come out and do some measurements for a quote on two entry doors. I was told i would have a quote in a couple days. Nearly a month went by with no word! Called again and was told i would see a quote the next day. Waited a couple more days still nothing, second quote ended up going into my junk mail. I wish they would have made a follow up call saying the quote was sent and to see if i had any questions. Anyways, called again and spoke to Britt and he came out and remeasured and got me into the schedule for install. After a couple months the door needed to be adjusted because it was hitting the door frame in one area. I made an appointment for that to be fixed. 9am appointment comes and goes with no call, no show. I had to call again and ask where they were? Turns out my appointment was forgotten about. No good in my book. Britt was helpful, the installer was nice but based on my experience i can't recommend them.
