Rachel was terrific to work with. She understood what I needed and provided the best plan for cabinets. In addition, she looked for sales in Waypoint cabinets and passed on the savings to us. Then when she had the old cabinets removed, she donated them to a charity and gave us the receipt for our taxes. Few contractors do these services. She and Heath also stand by their product and do small tweaking (no large issues).

From start to finish this was a great experience (other than having to prepare by putting things away to have the floor installed ??) Jarod’s customer service was exceeded excellence and he was very responsive to my questions in a timely manner .. usually within an hour or less - and I had plenty. Jorge’s crew that installed was courteous, professional and friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the work, which I was. Jorge was extremely helpful/creative with some problem areas in the home due to the home design/layout. I absolutely love the new flooring and baseboards! The quality of materials and workmanship is A+ I am not difficult, but I expect a job to be done well. ?????????? to the entire team!
