Best Countertop Install in Phoenix AZ

Amazing experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. We bought a home and needed to have it completely remodeled. We remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, knocked thru 2 walls to add pass thrus, added a huge linen closet and turned empty space into a closet. We got multiple quotes and PHR was not only most professional but their prices were reasonable. Jake was an amazing first contact. He had great ideas and having had years of contract experience he knew what was possible. I told them about my timeline and they were so accommodating to get it done on time. They were excellent at communication and ensuring things were done the way we liked and giving suggestions along the way. Their work was top notch! They did the little detail oriented things and it is so appreciated. The end result was absolutely perfect! Ben was an incredible project manager. Mark, Aaron, Steve, Brandon, Garon were all incredibly skilled, detailed, accommodating, courteous, professional and timely! I can't say enough good things about this company! You will not be disappointed if you hire them!

This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

Although there were a few supply issues, even they the guys managed to complete the task within the given time, they were very professional and educated. Keep up the excellent work.

We had a small bathroom redone recently and it was easy! Everything was done as expected within 9 business days. (Only waiting for custom shower glass.) The head worker, Clay, was great...so neat and orderly. Any question I had was answered quickly by text or phone. To gain more counter space in a single user bath, we went down from two sinks to one and live the change. Also, removed tub for walk in shower.

We contracted with sunset tile & bath to remodel one of our bathrooms.Mark created a detailed plan of the project, helped us with picking out the right materials and fixtures. on the contract he listed exactly what work would be done and what materials would be used. The project was started on the date promised and completed when promised, even though we added additional work. all the workers were very professional and courteous. the project turned out far better than we had anticipated.we couldn't be more satisfied. we would highly recommend Sunset Tile & Bath.

LENGTH OF TIME QUOTED TO COMPLETE JOB - 45 days
LENGTH OF TIME IT TOOK TO COMPLETE JOB - 171 days

Timeliness: Demo began 9/10/18 and job was not complete until 2/27/19. We went days/weeks where no one showed up to work on the house. After they cut a post tension line, the project sat for over 2 weeks with nothing being done!

Craftsmanship: 90% of the trades they sent over were excellent! They did great work, had great attitudes, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The completed work looks great!

Planning: To give a few examples - the flooring guys came over to install, but there was no flooring dropped off the night before install. Drywall guys showed up, but city inspection was not signed off, so drywall could not be done. Anytime a trade leaves, they move onto another job, and yours gets pushed back again!

Communication: HHI will only call you when they are looking for another payment. Other than that, you will need to call them to get an idea when to expect someone at your home to do any work. They use an online tool/portal called Buildertrend and Faztimate. Buildertrend will notify you when your job is rolled back, you will then need to call HHI and ask why. Both systems I find difficult to use. I have requested HHI email me info, but they refuse, and direct me to their portal.

Cost: Lets just say they wrote an allowance for a custom door at less than $300. When they sent someone out to measure the door, I was quoted $5700.00. When I pushed back, I was told Oh yeah, thats Frankie, he is expensive. So they sent another person out that quoted $1100.00. . . . . . . . .

Professionalism: The owners don't have the first idea what this is! They take no responsibility and point fingers at the customer nonstop. They send snarky text messages and even threaten to sue you!
For example, final door was painted on 2/27, and Brandon emailed me that evening stating Here is the copy of the late bill you owe. How am I late paying you when you just finished the job a few hours ago?? I have asked both Danny Holtzman and Brandon Holtzman to email me a breakdown of charges, to reflect changes made and credits, but am told we have already credited everything we are going to credit. After telling Brandon I would be going to ROC, YELP, and news stations for help, he threatened to sue me. He made it clear he has a team of attorneys, so it's not an issue for him.

Now the job is done, but I have no clear answer on what the balance truly is. Danny and Brandon have not sent me an itemized summary showing corrections and credits, and claim they don't need to supply it to me either. As of my last phone call with Brandon, he is busy with his kids sporting events, isn't in front of a computer all day, and will look into it later. I just want to pay what I truly owe, and move on with my life!

Really enjoyed working with Ross. He always had quality in mind and always seemed to go the extra mile. As a former contractor, I highly recommend him for your bathroom remodel!

My wife and I were unable to pull out our dishwasher and our cooktop romex was trapped behind the dishwasher. Jedd was solution oriented and fixed our issue in minutes. To top it off, he fixed a leak underneath the sink as well while providing feedback on what he was doing and why he was doing it.

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

This company was terrible! - they sent out a representative to our home - we spent two hours discussing the details of putting in French doors with a fairly young yet informative young man. I get a phone call the very next day and put on a speaker, and this man identifies himself as the Sales Manager and interrogates me with questions regarding the project, then proceeds to share their operational problems and to let us know their employee quit and they can't honor our project that we all know the price can't be beat. Of course I was puzzled and feeling pretty upset by this point. The comments went back and forth and things got a little heated. I requested to speak to the owner. Then the owner calls my husband and get's into a heated discussion regarding ethics. In all our years - we have never had a company treat us rudely and unprofessionally such as this.
