I was informed about the progress of my project by phone and was also sent photos. The final results of my remodel were above my expectations. My place looks great! Thanks to Ben and his crew.

After a great experience with our designer, Christina, we opted for HHI to tackle our small bathroom remodel. Every step of the project went as expected. They were open and honest with timelines in regards to product delays/demands. Will, our Project Manager, was very responsive to texts or phone calls, even at strange hours of the day. He was as flexible as he could be with our schedule and was always stepping up to the plate for us. Overall the project went as promised and we had a great experience!

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Be prepared to have your patience tried. We just completed a bathroom remodel This company's definition of time is very unique. They congratulated themselves on a project completed in four weeks. In actuality it was more like six weeks. However, that in itself, is not a big deal. Our extreme frustration was the lack of communication from those in charge. Phone calls were never returned. Texting is out or the question. Being informed as to when certain work would be done NEVER occurred. Apparently they fully expect to put a lock box on your home and come and go as they please. If you do bring up any minor change you'd like during the course of the project, you'd better ensure that it's put in writing. If not, you'll get we don't recall. The help we were promised to select our fixtures, tile, etc., turned out to be; here is the name of a store, let us know when you're done.

All that being said, we were very pleased with the various workers that actually came on site. The level of craftsmanship was very good. Thank goodness for that. We are satisfied with the end result. Even though it wasn't easy.
