I had my bathroom tub and shower remodeled from them. I had expectations regarding their skills and dedication and I was not disappointed. Great services provided.

When we decided to remodel our bathrooms we asked friends and family if they had someone they could/would recommend. One of our Realtor friends suggested we call Veny. So we called him. Within hours received a call back. Having worked in The service/sales industry we recognized professionalism right away. We also wanted someone cooperative, flexible, experienced and honest. We also found that his prices were competitive with others. Veny is all of that and very easy to be around. He walked us through the process helping and explaining until the very end. The results turned out Stunning- and he made the process workable for us. Thank You Veny.

Had them out for 2 bids on different projects
1st bid- kitchen, came in 8k below other vendors but had limited cabinet selection so we opted elsewhere. Salesman was very nice

2nd bid- extension to home, asked for same salesman and was told he no longer worked there, no big deal, send the next guy. New guy shows up, asks lots of questions about the project and asks where budget needs to be. I give him a range and he leaves. Calls me that afternoon and refuses to give me the price over the phone, insists we meet in person. Arrives at 630am instead of 7 (called me at 615 to tell me he would be early). Shows up with a bid that is 23k above what I told him I needed to be at to even consider the job.

Keeps asking me what would it take to get the work after I tell him that's not affordable and we already had a better bid. Salesman then insists on questioning the other contractor and his qualifications rather than re-examining his numbers. Finally, he leaves (no mask on during either visits during the peak of COVID).

Calls me later to tell me him and the boss accidentally added a fee 2x and would now be 8k cheaper, but still over by 15k. Still not interested. His boss calls immediately after and leaves a voicemail asking for a run down of the other contractors bid because it's bizarre someone is cheaper.

Didn't hire them for either project and ended up blocking the salesman because he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Leaving 2 stars because the first experience was great and price was competitive.

We had two large bathrooms full of cultured marble -- double sinks and large tub surrounded by acres of cultured marble -- very outdated, discolored, cracked and ugly. We thought our only option was to tear out the tub and replace it with a new tub and expensive tile, and replace the sinks and counter tops. I decided to do a google search on refinishing cultured marble and Miracle Method came up. We talked with Blake at length about the process and decided this was a better alternative. Steven Bess showed up to start our job and from the first minute I opened the door, he made me feel confident and excited about the project. He was here for 5 days and we began thinking of him as our new son (Lol!). He was respectful and very particular about his work. He would bring us in to check out every step. I love it when I see people who love their work and are proud of what they do and that's the attitude of Steven. We so enjoyed our interaction with him, but the best part about it is the result. Our baths are absolutely beautiful! Thank you Steven, and thank you Miracle Method. We could not be happier!

Leonel at XLT was awesome. He helped me with planning out the area for our bath. We had limited space and wanted both a large bathtub and a shower. We talked about my basic designs, and he helped solidify them into a working final idea. All of the men who worked on the project were friendly, professional, and skilled.

Any time a question came up, Leonel did not hesitate to answer his phone for my call, even when he was busy. They tore out my entire bath and shower, built a custom frame for my new tub, and installed a smart shower system so that all of our shower and bath needs can be controlled from our phone if we want (there is also a wall-mounted pad).

The work itself was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone knew what they were doing when they arrived, and the entire area was plumbed, the frame was built, all of it was tiled, the tub was installed, and shower/bath heads were installed (4 shower heads and a bath faucet), all within in a week.

Thanks to Leonel and XLT, taking a shower is truly a relaxing experience!

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

The product is beautiful and really transformed the look of my kitchen. I really have to commend our install team, Chad and Drew. Chad recalled our dog was afraid of men in hats, so he made sure neither he nor Drew wore them at install. The workmanship is stellar and the guys were hard working, efficient and prompt. We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

I hired Ernesto Garcia and his team to furnish and decorate my family room, dining room and entryway. When I saw the finished product, I could not believe the incredible transformation!

I would put in a zero but there’s no way to make a comment without at least marking one star. They need to fix what was not improperly completed and they need to fix the money issues. They were really good about telling me someone else’s work was shabby but then when their work was shabby they didn’t see it. What someone else had done was easily fixable but what they did is impossible to fix without tearing out my walls. They really played me for being stupid. Oh, they’re great sales people. Also, their cabinet man ran off in the middle. I have a lot more to say but I ran out of time.

Doing an extensive remodel can be a nerve-racking and overwhelming experience. Thankfully, we chose FHR after considering several other contractors and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Oron and his workers did a wonderful job and built a beautiful home for us. Throughout the process, Oron was very responsive, honest and made sure everything was done correctly. He also provided us with great suggestions along that way that were incredibly imaginative. There were no hidden costs or unforeseen cost overruns - he stayed within budget, worked with us to maximize our construction dollars and didn't try to up-sell us at every turn. Additionally, Oron's workers were very polite and a pleasure to have around.

In short, FHR did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a construction project.
