Jose was fantastic. We use the maintenance program offered by Parker and Sons and he made it worth using with this visit alone. He was professional, respectful of our home, came in already wearing his wask which we had requested to the operator, and answered a handful of questions that were outside of his regular maintenance visit.I will absolutely be recommending him to others and asking for him personally if anything is needed for our AC or Furnace in the future.
