We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

I had my master bath remodeled by rebath and it was overall a decent experience however some downfalls when looking back a few months later... My project was supposed to be a total remodel which in my mind means gut to the studs and rebuild, which they came close to doing but cut corners where they could... Instead of replacing all drywall they only replaced what they needed. Instead of taking out the old tile floor to replace with the new floor it turns out they just laid the new flooring over the old which now causes issues in areas because tile isn't a flat surface. They also left the project as paint ready which would have been fine if they had truly patched everything properly and sanded areas that were uneven and what not. Don't get me wrong the end result is beautiful it's just for a project that cost 40k I had much higher expectations for quality of work in some areas.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. I love my home now that Maxum has replaced all my flooring. I had carpet everywhere now I have beautiful wood like tile throughout. I'm amazed by house big and open it looks now. Great job Maxum!

I have been renting my home for 3+ years and no matter what issues we have had maintenance wise, it always gets done in a timely and professional manner. Our maintenance technician, Norm, who usually handles our work orders is always friendly, professional, and has awesome time management so he gets the jobs done in a timely manner. His work always looks neat and clean and maintains the integrity of the home. I love renting from PJ Hussey and I’m very thankful for the entire staff to be honest!! Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.

We recently purchased a home in Peoria that was in need of updated finishes, paint and flooring. Being from out of state, we did not know who to contact. We were very lucky to receive a referral to Veny, and his business, AZ Granite and Remodeling. We had interviewed other contractors who did not seem interested in taking on the project. We found Veny to be quite different. He was eager to listen to our vision for the project, and he offered reasonable suggestions to save time and money. It was quite obvious that he knew what he was doing, and he gave us a written quote, which was very reasonable, after our first meeting. HIs crew took out the old worn floor tile, then replaced it with new tile. The entire indoors of the house was freshly painted. A kitchen island was constructed and new quartz countertops were installed throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the results, the timetable for completion, and the price we paid. We highly recommend AZ Granite and Remodeling.

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, we choose to work with Paul and Neoteric Builders. Paul presented us with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us.

When we were initially looking for a kitchen designer we thought we wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, we quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. Paul met with us at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with us more if we had asked him to). Paul was also always willing to give us his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide us as needed.
