Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. This company is great. My parents purchased a house with only one bathroom and needed to convert the tub due to my mom's handicap. They had 6 different companies in to bid and this company was by far the best. My parents hired them and they couldn't be more pleased. The tub looks great and really needs my parent's needs. Where do I begin? After beginning and extensive, full gut remodel, my G.C. left me high and dry with a demolished home and ran off with most of my money. Juan and his crew swooped in like the Avengers to save the day, not only finishing the job, but doing so with better quality than I would have gotten from the original G.C. I could list many positive adjectives to describe Juan as a person and as a professional but I'll give you the main one: INTEGRITY! That's right, INTEGRITY, a characteristic sorely lacking among the General Contracting industry. Juan is that needle in the haystack; that diamond in the ruff; the guy you call when you want it done right and at a fair price. The math is simple: G&C Construction = Piece of Mind!

This company was terrible! - they sent out a representative to our home - we spent two hours discussing the details of putting in French doors with a fairly young yet informative young man. I get a phone call the very next day and put on a speaker, and this man identifies himself as the Sales Manager and interrogates me with questions regarding the project, then proceeds to share their operational problems and to let us know their employee quit and they can't honor our project that we all know the price can't be beat. Of course I was puzzled and feeling pretty upset by this point. The comments went back and forth and things got a little heated. I requested to speak to the owner. Then the owner calls my husband and get's into a heated discussion regarding ethics. In all our years - we have never had a company treat us rudely and unprofessionally such as this.
