Working with Maxum Design and Construction has been great. When I was worried my rain shower was not high enough Taylor and John came out within a half hour to discuss. Great response! Designs are awesome! ADA compatible; I have MS. I love the quality execution by construction crew led by James.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... We had Optum home solutions remove and replace the windows in our home. Their installer’s Drake and Chase were very professional and did a fantastic job.

We went in on Friday 7/10 to look at quartz counter tops and back splash. Both employees were very nice and helpful. We were asked to send our kitchen dimensions and pictures so they can give us an estimate. They would be able to send an estimate by the end of the following week . We went home and sent them immediately. We waited until Friday afternoon 7/17 and finally called them. We were told the designer hasn't looked at them yet and will be in later. It is now Tuesday 7/21 and we still have not heard back. Lack of communication or maybe our job is too small?

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.

We did a major remodel of our house with Legacy and they were great to work with. Professional, courteous and most important they did the job right. Debbie was amazing and patient. She and helped us find the selections and colors that gave the house a modern look and matched our tastes. When Republic West remodeled my master bathroom, I was spoiled but did not fully appreciate it until I employed a landscape contractor to remodel my outside patios. The latter never gave a specific schedule or followed the original timeline, dragging a two-week job into five weeks. So, when I decided to remodel my kitchen, laundry and second bathroom all at once, I was eager to select Republic West again. I even requested the same team of designers, project manager and sub-contractors. Further, I trusted them so much that I was deliberately out of town for the first two weeks to avoid the demo process.

Steve’s attention to detail in project design meant that as the cabinets were put in place, they not only fit the space but my expectations and needs. One of the joys of renovation is including new, practical kitchen innovations. His recommendations are the highlights of my new workspace. Designer Kathy understood my overall goals and décor style, guiding my choices toward the desired aesthetic. Republic West gives full disclosure of job details and responsibilities so that clients understand the financial realities as well as the detailed specs. Those are onsite throughout the process, facilitating transparency throughout this dynamic process. Watching the project develop from concept on paper to reality was an instructive process.

Knowing that this project would disrupt my life more than a single bathroom, it was important to me to have assurance that the process would be as interactive as possible. RW gave that to me in spades. Remodeling the most essential hub of a home tests one’s ability to anticipate and problem-solve through the short term displacement of food preparation space and laundry. Before the project began, RW worked with me to set up an alternate food station to ease that challenge. They also reconnected the washer/dryer between the demo and laying of the tile. From design to the final walkthrough, Garth, the project manager, kept me informed, allowing me to anticipate decision points, and was proactive throughout the process.

All of the subcontractors were courteous and respectful of my privacy and property. Those who work for Republic West are efficient experts who are also artists. Slobo and his team laid the tile so I always had a path for entry to the house and rooms. Further, he was especially creative with the transition between the tile and wood floor, giving me the smooth, contemporary look that I wanted. When one cabinet did not meet my criteria, Steve adapted it until I got all the space and access I needed.

With any project, there are a few glitches, unforeseen delays and potential cost overruns. You have to go into renovation with specific goals in mind, and, more importantly, patience, flexibility and a generous spirit. Most of that is to help you understand the true complexity of this kind of work and to teach you to cope with your tolerance for dust, disruption of your space, and impatience to cross the finish line. Take pictures every week so you can evaluate just how much progress has been made. Enjoy the process. When you are done, have a big party to show off your new home that reflects your personality.

David came to replace the handles that I originally ordered. He was very pleasant, filled the screw holes from the wrong handles, installed the correct handles and cleaned up. The vanities look so much better and I can pull open with ease. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all. First time home owner and never had the need for contractor services, I was taking to my neighbor and she recommended Brian Moore. Brian came out and he was very knowledgeable about the complex I live at and had done a lot of work for other people there. He inspected what we wanted done and during his time there we found out our water heater was 25 years old and a water supply valve was corroded and needed to be replaced. He knew the supply valve was the cities responsibility and we had to contact them to have that taken care of. That saved us from having a leak, money and the liability from damage to our neighbors!! We had him install new baseboard, new water heater and a scale prevention water treatment system, stretch the carpets, re-caulked the bathrooms, install new appliances and install recessed LED lighting in the kitchen and the living room. Brain and his team exceeded our expectations! The quality of work, always on time, their professionalism and the value we received was greatly appreciated. We can't wait to have Brain back for our kitchen remodel! He has earned our trust and we would recommend him to anyone.
