RIck was on time, professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of cleaning our carpet. At a very reasonable rate, he did our entire house and the difference is night and day! Custom Creative Remodeling was great to work with. First Praveen meet with us and then provided us with referral where we could actually see his work and talk to his clients about the work Custom Creative performed etc. That gave me the reassurance to choose Custom Creative Remodeling. I met with Jennifer their in-house designer that helped me pick out the deco band to go with the travertine tile Praveen recommended for our shower remodel. We had existing small shower 3’x 5’ with garden tub next to it. They demo all to make one large shower with bench, 2 hand- held shower heads and 1 rain shower. They provided all the demo, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting for our new master bathroom. Danny the tile guy was very meticulous in getting the travertine installed correctly he hand polished each bullnose edge. There was a little hick-up in communication in reference to Praveen also provided us additional work and repairs needed or wanted to do before the Christmas holiday and family would be in town. Once we had new contract for the “Tile work and painting plus additional drywall work needed, Praveen put together expedited team to get the work done before the family was in. Work to include removing popcorn ceiling in bedrooms and family room and retexture the ceilings, kitchen dyrwall repairs, drywall repairs in garage and computer room, re-grouting staircase and hallway tiles with epoxy grout, painting pretty much entire house, except the master bedroom and upstairs bath and closets, and providing back-splash tile at kitchen and window sill ledges. Jennifer again came through to help us create and choose the right tiles and patterns to accent the existing countertops installed. Praveen and 2nd tile team meet the schedule of 2 days to have all the tile work completed. Praveen created a border around the edges to put it all together. The colors and layout that Jennifer help to pick out really make the countertop pop and we get many compliments on our new kitchen. I would highly recommend Custom Creative Remodeling Praveen will work with you to get the job done. I also want to thank Gary Smith with Infinity Lighting Systems for the referral to Custom Creative Remodeling. Gary Smith provided us with new LED lighting in our kitchen with under cabinet LED strip lights. Thank you again Praveen for our new home.

We recently moved into a 20 year old home with original custom maple cabinetry. The layout was good enough so it did not make sense to rip it out. After reading positive reviews, we called BTN to take the tired kitchen and family room from bland to beautiful. Dan came and spent several hours working with us on the best solution. Timeline from initial meeting to finished project was about 5-6 weeks. All the yellowed maple cabinets now look fresh and modern with a combination of replace, resurface and repaint. The family room was carefully “painted” with a smooth acrylic finish of 3-4 coats that will withstand use and cleaning. The dated old open deep TV section was covered by 4 replacement doors custom made to match the intricate stepped pattern on the other doors and painted to match. The kitchen plan was good, but Dan replaced the impractical wine rack and corner open cabinet with new cabinets. The opening for the new wall ovens was enlarged and reinforced for the new appliance. All of the kitchen cabinetry was resurfaced with veneer to match the soft gray stained alder doors we chose and we used the darker gray stain doors and veneer on the island. Dan’s team, from painters to carpenters was professional, efficient and highly skilled. The result is fantastic and we are very pleased with the result. If you are considering a refresh of your current cabinetry in any, you could not make a better choice than Better Than New!

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY!! if I could put no stars I would. Had someone come out to measure, quote and show for a kitchen remodel. Waited for email and contacted back after nothing 2 days after told. Then attempted to contact again and no response, just ghosted. Then attempted twice to call directly from the number on website, just to see if the company cared to respond. First daywas told a supervisor would call me that day. Then next day stated no supervisor called and they said they would have someone call me that day. Still nothing!!! From ANYONE!!

I am extremely satisfied with the attention to detail Eric provided. He listened to my design ideas and worked endlessly to deliver to meet my expectations!
He went as far as to drive to the factory to ensure the product met our design requirements.

As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. I spoke with many contractors prior to signing with Capital Mark and Kyle by far had the most fair pricing without compromising quality of work.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

The Apollo team built a beautiful enclosed bar in our game room. This project required demo of an existing smaller bar wall and a large closet to create the new space. From the beginning of the project to the end, Tyler and his team took great care to keep the project area clean and contained. The subcontractors used were professional and of the highest quality. The supervisor of this project communicated with us proactively and also responded to any questions we had along the way in a very timely manner. Most importantly, the end product is beautiful and we are very happy with our new bar.
