We needed new cabinetry in our bathroom and worked with Amber for a perfect solution. The cabinetry is beautiful and working with the team at Good Guys was amazing! Love the outcome!

We found this company at the home show. The owner and his designer came to our home to view the areas to be remodeled and we set an appointment to visit their office to review the plans and estimate. We traveled from our home in Glendale to their office in N.Scottsdale and he did not show.
Such a waste of our time and gas, especially on a valuable Saturday morning. We called him and he did not have us on his schedule. We told him to disregard our business and left.
This company and owner are irresponsible, don't waste your time too.

Amazing products and quality.

I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.

We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.

To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.

We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.

The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.

Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.

He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.

The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.

Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.

When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.

We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.

I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

The Hunt brothers did excellent work. We enjoyed working with Josh and Jeff to produce beautiful kitchen and bath remodels. They were patient, customer-service oriented, and always remedied any issue we came up against. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. We have gotten lots and lots of compliments!

Classy Kitchen and Bath completed my kitchen over two years ago and I still absolutely love it! The quality of the materials and installation is top notch. I love the custom elements that they designed just for my home's layout and I love the soft close drawers that keep things from getting banged up. Two years in and my white and gray kitchen still looks brand new.

We had the pleasure of working with 360 Kitchen Designs & Bath on remodeling our kitchen. They listened to all of our ideas and needs and they were extremely detailed and informative. I grew up seeing how happy Graciela made her customers in Tucson and Green Valley and now that we have a house of our own we decided immediately to work with her on a remodel of our kitchen. We entrusted our kitchen remodel with Kyle and his team, and because of the demand brewing for his services we went ahead and hired them for our bathroom remodels for an opening coming up in July. We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! I was so relieved to find out about Johan when I needed major fixing of my flooring (other company told me I was on my own when it turned out that concrete in my condo was not level to what they wanted for laying new flooring). Johan had previously done repair work of my mother’s flooring in her home as well, and we cannot say enough about how valuable he was to us! He does impeccably high quality work, is so nice to work with, is honest and ethical with his advice, and is so reasonable and fair with the cost! He was also very accommodating, and willing to come out to do the work on such short notice. So grateful for Johan and his company!

I wish I could give them lower than a 1 star. We had a salesperson to our house, talked about our wants and she was helpful, but definitely high pressure to give a deposit to get a better price. Told her we were a few months out for all the other work we were going to do in our house and she said no problem if we change our minds we can always cancel and get a refund. Unfortunately, we ran in to some serious health problems and could not go through with our renovations. Tried to talk to our salesperson but she was no longer working there. They sent someone else out to go over our project, but we told her we could no longer do it and that we’d like a refund of our deposit. The owner, Gil, finally called me back and was so rude on the phone, claiming no refunds, they already had our products, which was not true because we never finalized between our 2 drawings. Terrible company and would never recommend them. Business must be so bad that he has to keep people’s money instead of returning it for a job that was never done. So disappointed.

One of the selling points - features that led us to the purchase of a Regal American Home was the agreement that they would fix (within reason) any minor issues with the home. In the beginning, the company was very responsive and willing to help when they could. After several months and turnover with employees, the communication fell off. I completely understand that based on the transaction being over but there was an agreement in place when we purchased the home that they would be available. We had to pay out of pocket for several urgent electrical repairs when they couldn't be reached. Being a homeowner is expensive, but a electrical issues in the first year is not quality work. The communication-answer with the company is that they sub out all work. Fast forward, they did agree to repairs after a year we where in the home. The latest project manager admitted that our tankless water heater was not installed properly and did nothing to fix it. All around a very disappointing experience. We decided to pay out of pocket to repair this rather than go back and forth with the company.

Signature Kitchen and Bath tore out the flooring on the first floor of my house and put in wood look tile. They did a great job and now there is a nice cohesive look to the first floor of my house. The whole team was great and now I have beautiful flooring in my house!
