Best Building Design in Phoenix AZ

B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

Our Pondless waterfall was completed about 2 weeks ago. Can't say enough about Ralph and Blake. They were very responsive, professional and always on time, unlike other contractors during these difficult times.
We love Ralph's attention to detail and his artistic eye, as this will be the focal point of our new backyard. All areas were cleaned up everyday and they also protected other areas as they brought in supplies. Alison was a delight on the phone answering any and all questions we had. Before hiring Pondscapes, I had called several Companies around the Valley, but none were as knowledgeable or helpful in determining exactly what we needed or wanted. The answers lead us to a Pondless Waterfall vs something else.

Eric was like an angel coming to the rescue. He was patient, guided me through every step letting my wife and i choose at our pace and giving us all the info to make an educated decision. Eric has a way of making everything and all interactions fun and memorable. He didnt just send us to choose counters etc, he came with us to see, met us to help guide and ensure that no one cheated us. The cabinets he got for us are beautiful! he set us up with his best install guy who did fabulous work and best he sweet talked us up in the schedule to his contractors. Hes a great guy and truly cares about his work but more important, the customers!

We worked with Hunt’s Kitchen and Design to update our cabinets and would highly recommend them. After getting multiple quotes for the project, they stood out from everyone. They were by far the best to work with on creating the design and in all aspects of communication. They were the only designers who really tuned it into a collaborative process, which eliminated the multiple iterations required by the other people we got quotes from. This resulted in us having a final design and price from them in less than half the time with even more attention to our needs and to how we would use our kitchen. Although we don’t have the biggest or most expensive kitchen, Josh and Jeff made us feel like they were genuinely excited about working with us on the project, and you can tell that they really care about their clients.

Classy Kitchen and Bath completed my kitchen over two years ago and I still absolutely love it! The quality of the materials and installation is top notch. I love the custom elements that they designed just for my home's layout and I love the soft close drawers that keep things from getting banged up. Two years in and my white and gray kitchen still looks brand new.

We used West Valley Kitchen and Bath for a major remodel project in our home. They took care of all our needs including replacing flooring, removing walls, designing and building a new kitchen and media wall, updating three baths and all new paint. This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

Pleasure to work with and very proficient with the remodeling project. Work rate, efficiency, finished product and most importantly, communication is where Carmel knocked it out of the park. Materials for the job were delivered when promised - another kudos there.

Can’t say enough positive things about Dwell House. They managed my remodel professionally from start to finish. My finished rooms were everything I had hoped for.
