Love my new shower. 49 year old shower demo'd down to the studs - a complete remodel. All contractors were excellent - the tile crew Daniel and Rick, the plumber Tim, and Jonathan the shower doors installer - leak-proof! The owner-Allen and office staffs Shelly and Lana were all great to work with and ensured complete satisfaction. Love taking a shower now, recommend.

Urban Element redesigned and rebuilt our outdated 90s bath including mitigating leaks and mold where the shower door had leaked water into the drywall and concern about a 25 year old fiberglass soaking tub with a 2 foot lateral break that had been repaired with caulk. We had on-site estimates from four other companies and felt uneasy with each one. The estimate and written bid via email from Quentin made us confident enough to try this. And we're glad we did. They came in on a tight budget (which was a huge relief) and the project was done on time if not a day or two early. We appreciated being able to keep the materials budget separate so we could control those costs. They were efficient and we had a nice bonus after returning unopened extra tile boxes which offset a few other finishings we could then afford. We were impressed at their calm resilience when dealing with various challenges unique to our remodel. The solutions they proposed were elegant and solid. They were punctual, communicated well and kept a clean jobsite. We were living in the home during the remodel and appreciated the polite and professional crew. Everyone enjoyed their work and had the time to be there fully even despite starting another huge project compared to our single bath remodel. They never skimped or rushed our job. When we requested multiple fixes for a minor aspect of the remodel, they made it right by simply taking out and replacing the whole thing with better engineered parts. The final result was solidly engineered and beautifully done with the materials we picked out. The company leadership is ethical and budget-oriented and straightforward. Clearly an oustanding example of what a good home builder should be - resilient, responsible, and admirable. In short, this was an oustanding remodel.

We had Retro Pro remodel our kitchen in our 1982 house in Tempe. Their work was excellent as always. They had done our master bath in 2009, I believe, and our guest bath a few years after that. They are not the cheapest but that is not really what you should be looking at. They don't start a job till they have ALL the supplies needed and the crew to do the work. Eric and Angela were professional and dedicated to helping us to get exactly what we wanted. Oscar and Blake our dedicated crew were wonderful. They always let us know when they were coming and kept us informed on the process of the job. Steve the project manager was always available to answer any and all questions. We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

After searching all over Phoenix for Granite Countertop business I was lucky enough to stumble on Petrus Granite. Not only did they have the best Granite Supplier and selection but there prices were way under anything I had seen all over the valley. Not only did I get much better materials but I got them for considerable lot less money. I have sent many friends over there and they all are amazed at the selection and prices. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with everything that they did for me ...highly recommended !

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.

We had Nick with Budget Best Remodeling out to do a remodel on our kitchen. He was very professional, organized, and always on time to appointments. His crew, the painters, drywall, tile guy, and his worker Kris were all very polite and knew what they were doing. I'm glad that we went with him, he turned our vision in to a reality.

Walking in I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted, but Doug (the charming gentleman that assisted me) was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what my options were. I appreciated his insight and great design ideas. Although I wasn't able to proceed with the process, I did really appreciate the attention I was given. Will definitely consider coming back when I'm ready to move forward.
