The installation crew were top-notch artisans and from the moment they stepped into our home I could see by their work ethic, and interaction with each other, that they knew what they were doing. They’re a very detailed, talented and knowledgeable team. Also, the owner of the company (Dan Oldejans) was very accommodating with us and gave us valuable suggestions on the refacing. Dan is very proactive and it is obvious that he has a lot of pride and camaraderie with his installation team. Covert assisted us on two occasions with a bathroom remodel. Initially, they were hired to perform a to the studs demo of an aged bathroom. They were prompt, thorough and respectful of the adjacent rooms. I was impressed with their preparedness and teamwork.

After our great experience with initial demolition, we had them return to sheetrock and tape the previously demo'd room. They were enthusiastically creative in matching previous coved ceiling/plaster walls with drywall and taping mud. It was art, not simple construction. James was/is the best. I am a seasoned DIY'er that is pleased with the quality of their work, professionalism and pride in their product. They helped me maintain the southwest character of my home.

Replaced 5 windows. Jorge was the leader of the three man team. They wasted no time in getting the windows replaced. Jorge is from Honduras, as I suppose were the other two gentlemen. Hard workers. Am pleased with the windows so far. Obviously, time over a certain period will be the best indicator of how good these windows are, and how good the installation was.

Caesar and his team were fantastic! They were very professional and did great work! Definitely will be using CR Home Remodel in the future.

Be prepared to have your patience tried. We just completed a bathroom remodel This company's definition of time is very unique. They congratulated themselves on a project completed in four weeks. In actuality it was more like six weeks. However, that in itself, is not a big deal. Our extreme frustration was the lack of communication from those in charge. Phone calls were never returned. Texting is out or the question. Being informed as to when certain work would be done NEVER occurred. Apparently they fully expect to put a lock box on your home and come and go as they please. If you do bring up any minor change you'd like during the course of the project, you'd better ensure that it's put in writing. If not, you'll get we don't recall. The help we were promised to select our fixtures, tile, etc., turned out to be; here is the name of a store, let us know when you're done.

All that being said, we were very pleased with the various workers that actually came on site. The level of craftsmanship was very good. Thank goodness for that. We are satisfied with the end result. Even though it wasn't easy.

I hired Metro Builders to do regrading of my property.I was so impressed with the quality of work they did. Dan was amazing - he oversaw the entire project and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future for other projects!

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
