They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Desert Prestige Builders (Eric Linder and Ryan Brunelle) are incompetent and unprofessional. Eric Linder, Ryan Brunelle completely botched our 1,400 sqft tile installation.
Eric Linder admitted to not preparing the floor to ensure it was flat before installing the tile and admitted his company didn’t even own a 10ft straight edge to make sure the tile and floor was flat. They didn’t even know how to use the tile spacers correctly. They also went an extra step to prove how inept they were and put a polish on our matte porcelain tile that was not meant for use on porcelain tile. This lead to permanent unsightly streaking, hazing and clouding throughout the entire surface of the floor.
All of their incompetence and lack of skill also lead to:
-Crooked grout lines
-Unevenly laid tile throughout (so uneven in some areas that it caused tripping hazards)
-Over-grouting (grout covering corners and edges of uneven tile)
-Under-grouting (leaving deep channels between tile)
-Inconsistent grout coloring (ranging from every shade of gray to white)
They attempted to fix and replace several problem areas of the floor but failed horribly.
We hired an expert tile consultant to inspect their tile job. The expert found so many mistakes, that were so numerous, throughout the entire floor that he deemed the tile job unsalvageable, and it would therefore need to be completely demolished and replaced.
We shared the expert’s findings with Eric Linder and asked for our money back. He said he would contact us within 24 hours. We did not hear from him.
Desert Prestige still has not refunded our money. Dealing with Desert Prestige has been a nightmare. We have lost a large sum of our hard-earned money, and have had to pay again to completely replace their disastrous tile job! Please be aware that there is not adequate protection for consumers! Please do your research! Read reviews! This is the first negative review I have ever written. I hope this saves others from making the huge mistake of hiring Desert Prestige Builders, Eric Linder or Ryan Brunelle.

Amazing team for remodeling or building a new home. We used them for a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. We are going to design and build a new home with BBP.
They also do commercial tenant improvements and ground up construction

Keith and his crew were great.
My husband and I previously had two of my kitchens remodeled and We knew exactly what ww wanted in my new home. We wanted a huge kitchen island that can accommodate our family gatherings.
My husband is a realtor , so we looked at over 100 houses before we found one with a kitchen that can be remodeled to our needs.
I have contacted two of my previous contracted with pictures of what we wanted and both told me that the biggest island they can do is 108”.
That’s when I started looking around and found Serranos Surfaces.
I contacted Keith and sent him multiple designs. At that point we still haven’t moved into our new home.
Keith was prompt to response and assured me that he will be able to get the job done.
Our initial project was only to redo the kitchen island. But when Kieth came into our home and did all the measurements, we realized that we can afford to redo all the kitchen countertop.
Two weeks later we had our dream 123” island.
We are extremely happy how smooth this project went.
We will definitely be using Serranos Surfaces for our future projects.?

Needed some locks changed and they were very responsive and did an excellent job on shot notice.

Nice but wasn't for me

We absolutely love our new countertops! Drew & Josh did a great job with the installation and they were very professional. I would highly recommend Granite Transformations if you are wanting a new look for your kitchen or bathroom.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

We had our kitchen remodeled and are very pleased with the results. Everyone was very professional from beginning to end. The showroom had plenty of options to choose from in all price ranges. Bruce was very helpful in making our selections. His experience helped us avoid making any decisions that we might have regretted. The only frustrating experience was the amount of time we had to wait to begin the project, but that could not be helped due to Covid. Once the project began it was done in a timely manner. Kent was very helpful in keeping me informed on what was to be done each day. All the workers were professional and made sure there was no mess left at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the results, it’s exactly how I had envisioned it. I highly recommend this business to anyone wanting to change and update their kitchen.

My and somone else have tried on separate occasions to try to call but noone answers the phone. Id be wary of a company that doesnt answer their phones

The 1 Day Bath Arizona team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Austin came out and gave us good advice on how we should go at the beginning and the lads made a difficult job look fabulous.

In my opinion the word crooks is the best way to describe them. They reported my initial review to Google which was completely honest and had it removed. This is in violation of the consumer fair review act which I've reported to the FTC.

Too much to list here but ill share a few items. They fraudulently charged me over $3,000 for glue(which during a repair of their original work I discovered they never uses) and refused to return it until I got an attorney involved and complained to the ROC. Then they eventually agreed to return it if I remove my review. Now they're ignoring my requests again for the refund so I have no choice but to pursue legal action.

They've incorrectly installed the floors by using shortcuts which causes the floors to pop up. It's been a nightmare as this is my only home and with each screw up I need to uproot my life.

They also removed a material called gypcrete without my authorization. I was led to believe they would be adding gypcrete to replace it but found out they used a cheaper material without telling me. Gypcrete is required by my HOA and now I'm I'm violation of HOA bylaws and CC&Rs.

They've damaged the common areas to the point my HOA sent me a large bill to clean up their mess.

Briana the project manager just makes excuses and has limited willingness or ability to help. All she does is text and when I try to call immediately hangs up and claims to be on a conference call. Hasn't called back despite trying to speak with her for months.

She ignores anything that you say that she doesn't want to address. I've asked for her supervisors contact and she just ignores the requests. Continuously making mistakes and not following manufacturer guidelines

Also caught her contractor stealing cash from my drawer and unplugging my security camera after realizing he was being recorded.

Wouldn't wish this experience in my worst enemy
