The Contractor Guys team were great to work with! We totally gutted and fully remodeled our home in South Scottsdale using TCG for the entire project. Michael is a capable and responsive general contractor and Jennie, Mirian, and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with.

After attempting to work with previous GCs who were difficult to reach and/or downright rude to us, the TCG team made us feel respected and supported us every step of the way in achieving our vision. We remodeled our entire home including knocking out a structure wall, closing a carport into a garage, and gutting / updating every material in the house. Michael, Jennie and co were very responsive and offered guidance when some of our choices did not make sense and otherwise helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for.

We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.

I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. We purchased a house that needed updating and promptly started looking for local contractors because we wanted to remodel prior to fully moving in. During our research, we came across Capital Mark Interiors. We were absolutely astonished by the projects showcased on the website, and we knew that we wanted to snag this team for our remodel. From California, sight unseen, we called and hired Kyle prior to even meeting him. Our phone consultation was super professional and we could tell that he was as knowledgeable and experienced as they come. He put us on the books for an opening in March. Within weeks of us hiring him, his team won a national acclamation for one of their kitchen designs. Talk about stellar timing. We entrusted our kitchen remodel with Kyle and his team, and because of the demand brewing for his services we went ahead and hired them for our bathroom remodels for an opening coming up in July. We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! I could not recommend their company highly enough. I had them renovate my house a year ago and since then, everyone who comes over makes compliments about how great space looks. My whole home remodel was a success only thanks to this business. If you too live in Glendale, AZ or in any of the surrounding towns, make sure you call them for consultation. You will never regret your choice!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
