Called them about a clogged kitchen drain. They came out twice and did not resolve the issue. Another plumber was able to fix the problem. Roto Rooter agreed to refund what we paid after a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau. I was advised that a check was mailed on 1/29/2022 but no check has been received.

We have used B3 Refrigeration on several occasions. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and had a service technician out within a few hours. They are a small family business with fair pricing. I highly recommend them! I wouldn't use anyone else.

Carlos came out to fix a couple leaks in my irrigation system & after fixing those that I knew of, he also found & fixed 3 more that were evident after the original leaks were fixed. He also evaluated My system and determined why the leaks kept appearing. Definitely went above & beyond! If I ever Need additional service in the future, I definitely will be calling BJ’s...and requesting Carlos!

I had a good experience with Desert State Heating and Air LLC. I was provided a professional and thorough ac inspection. I would definitely recommend for others needing an heating and ac servicing, and I'll use them again myself next year. Thanks!

BJ is truly an awesome guy, He walked me through step by step. Confidently said after you are done with the steps call me back, you will have your well working. A simple 5 minute tip goes a long way and instead of him coming over and charging me , he just explained everything to me over the phone.

March 2018 referred by online contractor listing thru USAA. Russ Hermann personally came out and did all the measurements and provided us a quote to build a covered patio on our house. At that time they had good reliable people and they did a great job, all done very professionally and Russ did a final walkthru and touchup. we were very satisfied. The house looked great after the job was done.
2021- Apparently the company has changed and added a partner Mario Rios who is not reliable, does not follow-up on the job and cannot be contacted during or after the job is done. The work that was discussed was not done but prompt payment was expected anyway. I paid them off to get the lien off the house and had to finish the job myself. Mario uses his family to do the work and does not provide guidance to them on what is to be done except by phone. Looks like Russ Hermann is not running the company anymore and the lack of quality on the job and after really shows. I cannot recommend this company anymore.
