I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

From builder grade to Beautiful!

When we purchased our winter condo last year here in Tempe we wanted to update both of our bathrooms. We contacted Hochuli design company and got the ball rolling. We met with Scott & Lorrie only a week before we were to return to our summer home in Chicago. We were immediately impressed with their design showroom and them. With in a week they came out to our condo to walk through and understand our wants and ideas. After that we were under contract to have both bathrooms completely updated while we were back home in Illinois.

We had constant communication with our designer Amanda and contractor Martin. We felt a high level of trust allowing them to work in our condo while we were back home in Chicago.
They worked seamlessly with our building management and provided us with daily updates on the progress through the computer program Buildertrend. In fact having the daily updates with photos was like living through the construction without any of the dust! The preparation to prepare our condo for demo and construction was unbelievable! Plastic walls, heavy duty flooring protection etc. Their timeline for the project was accurate and they worked within our budget. We are more than happy with the results and would easily recommend Hochuli design & remodeling team to anyone who wants to take their project from builder grade to beautiful.

Tony from Handyman Connections is just such a great guy. He is really personable, showed up right on time, was a thorough professional and was in and out in 10 min after fixing a shower head that wasn’t working properly for over a year. I highly recommend him and this service. 10/10

Working with Premier was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel. They built out a new bathroom, wine room and kitchen. The end result was unbelievable. They were on top of communication, permits, updates, quality of work, etc.

Ken Hawk and his team are amazing. They took the nightmare of needing a home restoration and turned it into an amazing remodel experience. My house never looked this good. I was very sceptical at the beginning because all the other 5 Star restoration companies wanted to just rebuild me the same house that I had before, but Ken totally had a vision for transforming my house, and he did just as he promised to do. I was really impressed. Ken's team is amazing to work with. I just need to give a shout out to one member of Ken's team: Saul. I would not trust another human being to do a very minor paint touch up above newly installed beautiful carpet, but I trusted Saul and fixed the minor issue like he always does to perfection. As before we had another great experience with 540. They did a great professional job on our living room remodel. They listen to you. Not like some contractors in this valley that basically force you into somthing you dont like or want when they are in the middle of the remodeling. From invoice to construction to punchlist, they are very stand up. We had a butcher block countertop installed on our cabinets. Beautiful work and blending. We used them on the exterior of our house and they did an awesome job on it. There was a crazy amount of detail on the design and they nailed that as well. We will always recomend 540!

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.
