Best Custom Tile Installation in Phoenix AZ

Our house was built in 1941, original bathtub. There wasn't anything wrong with the tub, we want to keep the house as original as possible. Previous owners had painted the inside of the tub and it was a gross off white making the tub look dirty next to the very white subway tiles that had been put in.

The crew did such a great job putting in a new vanity and vinyl flooring that we decided to replace all the flooring in our 30 year old mobile home and redo the second bathroom as well. Tim was so nice, very professional and such a pleasure to work with. The cost was very really reasonable and the job was completed on schedule. We will definitely be calling them again for all of our future home repairs.

I recently purchased a 1933 historical home in Central Phoenix. The kitchen had been remodeled years ago but the cabinets were tired and needed to be refreshed. Leonel was quick to respond and get us scheduled but the work has been disappointing. His crew left a water line dripping into a buckets which overfilled and leaked during the night. The shower faucet they installed fell off 3 months later, the shower door was inadequately caulked, the mirror over the sink doesn't seem secure, and the light switch isn't functioning as it should. Hopefully Leonel will be as quick to address the problems as he was to start the job in the first place.

I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

Responsive team, timely and professional. Installed Granite on my new counter-tops at a better price and timeline then other competitors that where quoted. Measurements where done professionally and granite cut and installed just a week later with great results.

Jacob did an amazing job on my master bath remodel. Removed the builder grade tub shower and gave me the bathroom I’ve been dreaming of. I also had the guest bathroom cabinet and sink replaced. He was in time, professional, and answered all my questions regarding the install. He even worked on his birthday. I can’t wait to have the tub and shower done in the guest bathroom.

Met with Ron today. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came to do one job and was able to fix two other jobs that I needed to be done. He allowed my teenage son to watch some of his work and ask a bunch of questions which I thought was really kind of him. We recently had two bathrooms remodeled by Retro Pro and are very happy with the results. We found that Eric (the owner) and Angela (the designer) were very easy to deal with. They came up with several good ideas and suggestions which we implemented that improved the project.
We were very pleased with Omar, our project manager, as well as Max who was the technician working with him. They did very high quality work and Omar kept us fully informed of the status with daily updates on what they had done and what they had planned for that day.
The project was two complete bathroom remodels in our house which is over fifty years old. The new bathrooms look great, and you can tell the excellent quality of workmanship and materials used by Retro Pro. The project came in ahead of schedule and on budget. We’re very happy with the results and look forward to working with them on more projects in the future.

We had Brian come in and do our drywall work and he also added beautiful baseboards to finish our kitchen island. We also had him install our water heater. Brian is a top-notch professional. We would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Luiz was very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision making process. Communication was outstanding and the turnaround time was very quick. Pricing was lower than any other estimate we’d received. We had new countertops, backsplash and kitchen sink installed. During the process, we decided to raise the kitchen desk and install a wine fridge and Petrus adjusted the plan and made it happen.
