Best Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I have remolded 4 different homes with 4 different contractors. API with out a doubt was the best contractor we have ever used. Sherry our general was on site almost everyday overseeing the days progress . My wife and I are very particular and Sherry made sure everything was perfect every step of the way. She even had a running list of items to be corrected before we had noticed them. If you've ever had to have a contractor come back to fix something after a big project you will know how invaluable that is. I will tell you that with the rising cost of construction if you want your next project done right and the best quality I would only use API.

Ray and Tatum did a fantastic job! Our remodel is amazing! Also they came in on time and on budget.Highly recommend this company. We plan on using them again.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

This contractor was very friendly and professional to deal with from start to end. Came on time and did exactly what we asked. Would definitely hire him again if needed!

Lacks ethical conduct.

CLW Construction replaced my shower-tub with a walk-in shower. They did a fine job. The estimate was reasonable, and what I ended up paying was what he estimated. They showed up when they said they would, and the work took as long as the original estimate. If I do any more remodeling, I'll call them first.

Charlie has put together a team of true pros that care about your project. Princeton spent over 6 months day in and day out on our project and was always available, organized, and very communicative. I recomend them fully if you are looking to have a project done correctly the first time!

My backyard patio was beautifully made by WDA Concrete Patio Phoenix. Their staff has plenty of experience and showed up on time. I will rehire for additional work on my property

Our condos UNFORTUNATELY contracted this company to complete balcony restorations. In addition to severely under quoting us with financials AND time, they take ZERO responsibility in securing their workplace. They have slowly, and surely stretched their legs out, taking up more room than originally described. Each time, they have given us the excuse that this was “unforeseen”. Because they do not have the correct equipment to appropriately complete the job, they have invaded on our freedom by leaving their equipment on our property, and expect US to be responsible for what happens. This job was too big for them, they should have never let us believe that they were able to do this. The original proposal stated that we would be without full use of our property for only weeks. Weeks turned into months; SEVEN to be specific. But I was one of the lucky ones. Some have gone without access to their balconies for OVER A YEAR. NOW, apparently a transient accessed one of their scaffolding, and instead of them being responsible and securing their own equipment, they SEALED our back doors, leaving a sliver of sunlight in many instances tacking on our prison sentence for who knows how long. Funny thing is, they locked us in, and those on the outside have access to the locks. When I asked if the reason they locked us in is because of ONE person that they were unable to control, “Paul Lo Pinto ie; PJ” said, “Yes, we sealed 51 units because of one man”. Who does this? I pay an excessive amount of HOA money only to be stripped of my amenities because this construction company got in over their head. We are prisoners, and management finds it amusing. How much more will you strip from us? Haven’t you taken enough? Lastly, there is NO WHERE in the contract that gives permission for these people to board us inside, take our parking, block private streets off and threaten tow people who try and park on the street, wreck rooftops, cause deep seeded cracks in resident’s ceilings, take our lounge, proudly begin construction at 5:30 am, 5 days a week for over TWO YEARS, etc. If they only would purchase the equipment necessary to complete the job on time, and hold themselves accountable for their equipment, we wouldn’t be TRAPPED in our homes. Don’t hire these guys! It is a HUGE mistake! They do not think about the residents, they only think about what will save them money, so they can put more in their pockets. See picture attached. This is what we have been dealing with for well over a year, even if they aren’t working on your specific property... because it’s “easier”. Keep your money, Porter. Us homeowners regret the day you stepped on our property.

The Weitz Company is a great organization. I worked there for a few years. They are a family focused company which takes care of their customers and treats their employees well. Good people all around.

They were very professional and I am really satisfied with the work they did. They built my fence in no time, installed it very fast and protected everything around because they were so careful! Armando was great too! He was communicative before and after the job was done keeping me informed every step of the way. He is a nice guy and very knowledgeable in what he does. I highly recommend Fence Builders Phoenix to my friends and family!

We recently had Phoenix Concrete & Paving Contractors install a stamped concrete patio, and it looks fantastic! The work was of high quality, and they paid close attention to detail. Throughout the process, they were professional and courteous, and they kept us updated on their progress. We are now overjoyed with the end result. We had a great time working with them.

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

The tech was amazing, he used his expertise and bring our bank's HVAC back to life.

I had Arizona Electrical Solutions do a ton of work on my condo. They did everything very well. Very responsive, polite, and punctual. I'm so relieved I found these guys and have peace of mind knowing I have my electrical needs covered in Phoenix! Strongly recommend.

These guys remodeled our dental office front area and did a wonderful job, I would recommend if your looking for a quality contractor that doesn't overcharge for their service!

Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
