We did a major remodel of our house with Legacy and they were great to work with. Professional, courteous and most important they did the job right. Debbie was amazing and patient. She and helped us find the selections and colors that gave the house a modern look and matched our tastes. With folks like Jerry and Ritchie overseeing the work we really felt like we were in good hands. Thanks for a beautiful remodel!

We did a bath tub to shower conversion. The salesman was excellent in explaining the process. We were given a 12 week timeline and they installed in about 8 weeks. The installation crew was very good. They made sure there was no mess left behind. Overall this was a very good experience and would highly recommend HomeConcepts!

There have been so many moments when I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we hired the right company for our kitchen renovation.

We knew it when we did the first interview and Paul came to our house, took measurements, listened to our needs, and responded with drawings the next day.

We knew it when he candidly said “You’re not going to be happy with that tile” because he’d really listened to us and understood the look we wanted.

We knew it when they reimagined a coffee bar as a popcorn bar to accommodate my husband’s prized movie theater popcorn popper.

And we know it every day when we walk into our gorgeous new kitchen and our jaws still drop.

I can’t recommend Neoteric Builders LLC highly enough. I can’t wait to bring them back to rework our fireplace and surrounding built-ins.

I had a graduation with a party coming up on May 19, 2021 so on 4/26/2021 I gave a completion date of May 7, 2021 & a list of 20 items that still had to be done. Joe stopped taking my calls & he didn't meet this deadline either. In fact, him & his son completed the some of the remaining tasks on May, 18, 2021 after I left an angry call to Joe for not having my bathroom done. There are three major errors; first the shower head is too low & the tub fixtures are silver rather than bronze & Joe neglected to add the two handicap bars. There are other issues but I'm letting those go in order to get the above issues completed. Seven months from start to finish is enough of my time.

I'm a repeat client for Joe Metry, he remodel my master bathroom down to the dirt about ten years ago. He did a fantastic job back then. He took about two weeks to finish. All work was beautifully done. New request; remodeling hall bathroom & kitchen. I gave him the first installment of payment 10/16/2020. I was requesting the project to be done by Thanksgiving, it wasn't. Then I requested by Christmas, it wasn't. During this time there was no communication on his part, we were the ones making the calls & follow up. We called Joe the end of February, we wanted to cancel the job since he had yet to start. He convinced us to stay with him so he started the first of March & we are still not done. We cancel the kitchen remodel & we just want him to finish our hall bathroom. He doesn't have employees, he uses contract workers so save yourself lots of money & contract the work out yourself or find a different remodeling company. I'm filing a claim with the AZ Registrar of Contactors in order to get the project done.

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

They did a fantastic job resurfacing a 70 year old fiberglass shower stall. It was cracked, discolored and had slight mold from lack of maintenance. Two professionals did the job over a couple of days, and it looks new again! You'll never be disappointed working with these guys.

I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn’t be more thankful that we chose them.

I hired XLT Construction to remove old carpet and tile from my home and install brand new tile flooring. It was a big job and they completed it in 1 week (and even worked on Thanksgiving to ensure it would be completed on time).

Price: I received quotes from a few other companies and Leonel’s (owner) price was competitive and the lowest quote overall. I like that his quote provided materials such as underlayment and grout. I also liked that he was able to provide a virtual quote through video conference since this was my preference during the covid-19 pandemic.

Work: the demo guy worked really hard and efficiently to remove the old carpet and flooring. There were several other guys that skillfully laid the tile and ensured that the pattern had a good amount of variation. It turned out fantastic and looks like a new home. The guys were respectful and worked diligently.

I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

This is the fourth time we have used Urban Element. Quentin and team are beyond excellent. His quotes are well priced, comprehensive, and leave little room for surprises. His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. His team was courteous, respectful, and extremely clean. Their work was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Urban Element to anyone doing a home remodel. The price is fair, the communication is great, and the results speak for themselves. Back in early September my wife and I decided it was time to redo our kitchen. We’ve been wanting to do it for several years and have kept putting it off. I did a google search for kitchen remodeling in Scottsdale as that is where we reside. Of course there were a lot of companies that showed up which can be a bit overwhelming. We called several companies and asked about promotions or free quotes to see if we could figure out range or pricing. One of our big concerns was being over charged. At the end of the day we ended up selecting Lux Remodels. One of the biggest reasons was Jerzy the owner and Carl who worked with us every step of the way on this project. As described on their website we scheduled an in house consultation as we did with 2 other remodeling companies. The first thing we noticed right away is that they have a wealth of experience which immediately made us feel comfortable. They were organized and answered every question we had from expanding a section of our kitchen to add a small eat area to the timeline as we really wanted this finished before Thanksgiving. Lastly the cost was slightly less expensive than the other 2 companies which was an added bonus. As with any remodeling effort, it was noisy and we all had to make adjustments but the bottom line is that Lux Remodels was professional, on time and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier. Make sure to talk to Jerzy. He’s the owner but he’s very hands on and seemed genuine in all of our interactions.

Be careful - Just because they are licensed, bonded insured. The owner did not get a permit to add a bathroom and now 3 yrs after spending thousands of dollars the shower pan is leaking. He refuses to take responsibility for it. The city I live in made him pay for the permit after the fact. The ROC complaint I filed did nothing be cause of a 2 yr warranty. But doesn't change the fact that he knowingly installed a bathroom without a permit. And maybe he knew it wouldn't pass inspection because it is now leaking. So much for trusting the pro's.

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.
