HARD WORKING MEN, THEY CLEANED AND CLEARED UP MY NIEBORING homes that were left unbelievably messy after rebuilding I watched them closely like a nosey ass neighbor, they got of the truck like clock work...sheeeeesh they got to it in no time wala.... Requested a quote. Received a long email explaining their minimum project size is $10k and if I was willing to spend that then I could call to schedule a consult. I did and got a long talking to about how landscaping costs money, clients don’t usually understand the costs involved, etc. It was just shy of insulting because you already prefaced that in an email. I tried to explain that I have done some research and had a quote from 9 months ago that was high but my concept changed and I didn’t have wholistic design. The owner sounded bitter that he does so many quotes and people change their minds. Why offer free quotes and then treat every potential customer like they are going to waste your time? At the point I was almost annoyed he said he’d have his guy contact me about the project. Never heard from him. No follow up.

I signed with someone who is excited to beautify an ugly urban patio of a historic home in a historic district. He never mentioned a minimum. Cost will be 25k.

BJ’s Landscaping has been great. Always on time and they do a great job.

BJ and his team are honest and very knowledgeable. They took time to correctly diagnose and provide a solution to my well problem. I especially liked the fact that he took the time to explain all my options and provide me with expedited service. My well stopped working on a Friday morning. BJ could have easily put off the repair till Monday, BUT he didn't want one of his customers without water over the weekend. He scrambled the correct parts and had us back up and running by Friday evening. This is the reason why I will continue to do business with BJ and Viking Pump. Honest, Trustworthy, and Dependable.
