They took the time to listen to our ideas and budget, to come out to the construction site to get a better sense of the space, and to solve a challenging job with creative design. The design and cabinets look awesome and the cost was exactly what we were expecting. No hard sell or pressure for unnecessary upgrades. Everything was very clearly explained by Jeff and Josh and they are very responsive. We are 100% satisfied and will be back for the guest house design.

We used West Valley Kitchen and Bath for a major remodel project in our home. They took care of all our needs including replacing flooring, removing walls, designing and building a new kitchen and media wall, updating three baths and all new paint. The quality of the work was top notch and I would highly recommend them. Kim & Dave are honest and super easy to work with and have become good friends in the process.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. Oustanding Job! Wonders of Wood did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets. The crew was absolutely phenomenal. They were timely, professional, extremely hard working, and paid attention to every detail. I can't say enough about how happy I am with how our cabinets turned out. Initial consultation and design went very well. My consultant/designer, Alyssa Roden, was right on time for both appointments and came up with an efficient and attractive design for my proposed project, turning a wall in my great room into a massive bookcase.

However, on the day of installation, the installers no-call-no-showed during the scheduled window of 1000-1200. It took several calls to the office and multiple missed ETAs before they finally arrived at 1645 with no explanation or apology. I get that you guys are busy, but so am I and I expect punctuality.

To their credit, the installers did a great job. The materials and installation are very high quality, especially considering the reasonable final cost.

Covert assisted us on two occasions with a bathroom remodel. Initially, they were hired to perform a to the studs demo of an aged bathroom. They were prompt, thorough and respectful of the adjacent rooms. I was impressed with their preparedness and teamwork.

After our great experience with initial demolition, we had them return to sheetrock and tape the previously demo'd room. They were enthusiastically creative in matching previous coved ceiling/plaster walls with drywall and taping mud. It was art, not simple construction. James was/is the best. I am a seasoned DIY'er that is pleased with the quality of their work, professionalism and pride in their product. They helped me maintain the southwest character of my home.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.

Ben, Mike and the entire Signature Kitchen crew were outstanding doing our kitchen remodel (2016-2017). Professional, creative, knowledgeable, timely and communicative throughout the entire process. They would have been on schedule if we hadn't added additional work to the project. We highly recommend them for any kitchen remodel.
