The entire process was very nice. Everything was explained upfront, the group chat was very helpful and convenient. The entire project was completed earlier than expected. I had two bathtub/showers redone and was very happy with Brandon my installer. He was always on time, considerate of all my pets & aging mother in the home. The bathrooms look fabulous. It was expensive but I have peace of mind with the plumbing all being repaired. It adds value to my home and I can enjoy it for years to come.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

The re-modeling crew from Re-Bath have been incredible. Clean, prompt and great craftsmanship. We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

We used West Valley Kitchen and Bath for a major remodel project in our home. They took care of all our needs including replacing flooring, removing walls, designing and building a new kitchen and media wall, updating three baths and all new paint. The quality of the work was top notch and I would highly recommend them. Kim & Dave are honest and super easy to work with and have become good friends in the process.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.

I did some work with Dennis and his company and I must say these people are the most professional friendly is family-owned company that I have ever came into contact with. I never actually enjoy digging a hole in my life but these people made my experience just the best I would prefer anyone to use them on any job that they have and their plumbing needs are in home without a question of doubt
