Deciding to remodel my house interior was a major decision. The scary part of this decision, I lived out of state in NY. I was fortunate enough to still have my first house I purchased while living in AZ. After reviewing various contractors, I felt the most comfortable with Phoenix Home Remodeling. I have to admit that this was the most stress free, easy going process I ever experienced. I was able to keep in contact with Ben even with a 3 hour time difference. I was informed about the progress of my project by phone and was also sent photos. The final results of my remodel were above my expectations. My place looks great! Thanks to Ben and his crew.

We had Jacuzzi remodel our bathroom from tub to shower. The install team arrived on time and started work immediately. Throughout the process the team kept us informed of the process and what they would be doing next. Matt, Nick and Gavin all worked professionally and as a great team. When they were f iij nished they cleaned up not only their tools, trash, etc, but made sure the bathroom was clean. They were finished in a timely manner leaving earlier than expected. Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Crafted Remodeling just completed over 1500 sq ft of wood look tile and base board for the main floor in my home and the result is simply exquisite. From demo, to install to final completion Mike and his team were superb. The intricate pattern for the circular entryway looks simply awesome. Mike is one of the most communicative contractors I have ever worked with and his responsive times are always amazingly quick after receiving a text or call. He was on-site almost every day and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. No hesitations in recommending Mike and his team.

The installer was wonderful, however the product fell short of what I was expecting in the shower surround. The quality of the material is a hard plastic and for what I paid (over paid) I was expecting more. I asked the company repeatedly before the job for a detail cost of the scope of work including commissions and I have yet to receive it and the job is done. I feel like they are just pulling a figure out of the air and pulling the wool over peoples eyes, especially seniors such as myself. The company had two whole months to provide the information and didn’t. They did however charge a large amount $11,000 to my HomeDepot credit card before the job began and I still owe a lot of money!

Rudest salesperson I have ever encountered told us they were not a reseller contactor only. Told them I wanted to have someone install a custom shower, told us they were not even interested in talking to us until November, but feel free to look around.

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Maxum is the best. We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathrooms. From the initial contact with John and Taylor, when they came to our house to take measurements, to the final inspection, they were professionals with a personal touch. Within two or three days, a design for the master bath was sent to us for review. The plan was excellent and fit our space perfectly. After a visit to the show room for a detailed discussion, we decided to have both bathrooms remodeled simultaneously. The two professionals who worked on the project, Ricardo and Jose, were extremely skilled and talented. There were no delays, no glitches, everything went smoothly and attention to detail was always in the forefront. The custom-made vanities, cabinets and tiling are exceptional. The most important aspect was the communication between Maxum and us. Everything was open and honest and Maxum delivered. We could not recommend them more for a remodel and will no doubt use them again in the future.
