Remodeled upstairs master bath. Pacific Bath installed a Kohler walk-in bathtub with 27 jets. Louis, our installer, did an excellent job and we are enjoying the Kohler quality.

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Considering any remodel is a daunting process, Holtzman Home Improvements helped make the process as smooth as possible. Clear expectations were set up front and proactive planning helped us prepare. There are many many moving parts in a remodel or any home improvement, then throw skyrocketing material cost, labor shortages and covid on top of this process its makes my head spin. Holtzman home improvement helped manage this process in life and in mind. The result was great... Just like most good things in this world, you get what you pay for! I am thoroughly impressed in every way possible. I had a large doggie door that needed to be repaired since the passing of my dog. Every person I dealt with was professional, helpful, on time and GREAT customer service. I am now considering updating my master bathroom and will definitely use them for this project. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

During my home remodeling it was a very pleasant surprise to work with Rise Above and Bret Buckner who remodeled my master bath. The process was relatively easy and they showed up on time! Their bid was very competitive (I obtained four), they did quality work, and they always seemed happy and helpful. The final result is spectacular.

Called Optum Home Solutions to have them see if they can help me out with my grandma's shower. She's looking for something safe and easier to get in and out of. Mike was very informative and helpful in designing what my grandma needs. We are looking forward to the date of the install and there will be a lot less worrying about safety issues with the shower. Feels good to go with a local company that actually cares instead of a big box store. I highly recommend Optum!

Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. This review is written after contracting Stronghold Remodeling for our master bathroom remodel. We removed shower/tub combo and created one large walk in shower. Trevor and his team did an amazing job with our remodel design and install. He was professional, timely, and fun to work with. Trevor made the process easy from start to finish! We thought we would spend forever deciding what design to go with but he walked us through all the considerations. He turned around the installation in the timeline he promised (during COVID, to clarify) and was patient when other workers impeded his workspace. My master bathroom looks phenomenal. We will use Stronghold Remodeling again on any project, highly recommend!

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

Republic West built my garage addition better then I had hoped for. As my wife said it looks like it has always been a part of the house, and the price was the same as other builders with lesser design ideas.

I have worked with 123 remodeling to renovate both bathrooms in my second house in Phoenix , and we couldn’t be happier. My wife, my kids and I all feel like we live in a hotel room now!! :) 123 remodeling are genuinely a team of honest good people that bring amazing results. Thank you guys!

XLT Construction made an appointment to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. The gentleman came out, took measurements, and I never heard from him again. That would be fine, and the end of the story if XLT left me alone. But on at least 30 occasions over the past 6 months, i have received emails from XLT BEGGING ME to leave a review for them. I bit my tongue the first 29 times, but the harassment was relentless. Every other day I was being asked by this apparently horrible and inept company to give them a review. So THIS is that review: I found XLT unreliable, unprofessional, scary reckless and I company i would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances. This should have been obvious to the owner(s) of the business, given that the original on-site estimator never prepared an estimate and disappeared from the face of the earth. Yet the owners are oblivious to this, consistent with their other business practices, and gambled that i might somehow have something good to say about XLT. I have NOTHING good to say about XLT.

Pricing isn't accurate. Was quoted an initial estimate in my home with the salesman seeing the space. Waited four days to receive a written estimate, only after calling office several times to request it did I receive it. The initial estimate then doubled. Asked the salesman why and was told the angles in my layout aren't standard and are an additional charge. Reached out to the owner and instead of him getting back to me he forwarded my concerns back to the salesman that had already misled me. Never heard from the owner or office staff. Would absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. Not a reliable company from the start could only imagine how frustrating it could have gotten had I decided to do any further business with them.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
