They are detail oriented which is important during a kitchen remodel. They got all our work done within the expected timeline. Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

My husband and I had our master bathroom completely remodeled. While expensive, the quality of work and professionalism was amazing. The project manager, Omar, was very diligent with responding to phone calls regarding questions we had during the process. The remodeling specialist, Moroni, was absolutely amazing. Besides the demolition day, Mo did the entire project by himself and his workmanship and attention to detail is spectacular. Our new bathroom looks like it could be a page taken out of a catalog.

Holtzman Home Improvement is a highly competent and professional company who remodeled my entire house. The process started with their great designers, , who patiently took my vision and made it come to life with HHI's computer modeling program. This enabled me to see exactly what it would look like before any work began. They also helped me select products and finishes. They clearly understand and consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service.
Brandon and Daniel provided constant oversight and communicated project status to me on a regular basis. The entire crew, all employees were excellent with the work they did in their respective skill sets. They checked in with me frequently to ensure they were giving me exactly what I wanted and they were always respectful of my time.

Our project was enclosing a small lanai and adding a 17’ x 40’ Workshop. Their bid (I obtained 4) was very competitive and we enjoyed working with Bret. I was very impressed with the efforts of Steve, Lori, and his entire team, they did a really great job. They added a room to the back of my house, everything was meticulously completed from the initial foundation, to the final painting and trim.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.
